Very good quality for a used deviceð
I started using it a few days now. There are some scuff marks around the edges, but I have it in a case, so they are not visible, the screen and back are in pristine condition no scratches or scuff visible. I thought the description said unlocked, but it was locked to AT&T. Great news is that I was able to get the unlock code from att within minutes from their website, they have a page for unlocking, you only need to provide the imei and your email and their system sent the code within the same minute. Then the other hurdle was that the phone was stuck on android 12 and kept on saying there are no updates available. Turns out that you have to be an ATT customer to continue getting updates for an ATT device. The workaround is to manually flash the original firmware to the device which I was able to do. Now it has android 14 installed and working perfectly fine ð

I will leave my previous review elow this edit. I have changed my review to 1 star due to the fact that the phone hut 60 days and booted me off my network. T mobile is getting new right, like I should of done in the first place. Listen to your phone carrier, they aren’t lying when they say this is a 50/50 shot at a good phone or a soon to be locked phone.I ordered this device on a Sunday and it came by Wednesday. I was a little skeptical of buying a refurbished device but with the return policy I figured I couldn’t really be at a loss if it worked well or just return it if not. I noticed they noted to expect 80% of the original battery health, very happy to say my excellent category device claims in the system that its battery is of 97% so this is really like a brand new phone. I do have t mobile and that is who this particular device through this seller is for but I had no issues with transferring data and transferring the sim. Almost gave up as the first time I did not succeed. Took sim out and played with it in the tray and then inserted it again and functional as it should. Granted I went from an s9 to the 21 but I really feel as if I just got a bigger and better screen as well as a way faster phone and not in a bad way just very relative to an s9. The finger scanner works great until you add a protector then it’s not even worth the effort of cramming your finger in to the screen. All in all I am happy with my new to me phone and hope I don’t have to come back and edit this review. Hope this helps of you’re pondering this device. Very easy and cheap way for your upgrade

Phone came in good working condition
Everything is as you’d expect it to be. Everything works fine. Only thing I don’t like about it is that it shuts itself off ever few days at random times. I have went into the settings and turned off that feature and it still does it. Would be awful to happen if there was an emergency and I needed to call for help but otherwise phone is great. And for the price you can’t beat it. I would buy again

Upgraded from S8 because some apps would no longer work on the older phone.The S21 has good battery life, a nice size (I don’t like huge phones). Good camera, no technical issues.

Great reseller
Unfortunate that many of the criticism is based on the device and not the reseller.This device arrived 5 days earlier than expected. Which is insanely quick and I really appreciate. Reseller did use FedEx, which is a nightmare if you live in a major city. Made it a bit of an entire day errand just to get it in my hands. But that’s on FedEx, not Re-Cell.The device is like bran new. No scratches, mint condition. The only work I can remotely tell was done on the charging port. Go figure, I have always had problems in that area with the galaxy series. Almost enough to switch to an IPhone, but ew IPhone, no thanks.The charging port probably won’t last long, and by then it’ll be too late to replace and I’ll have to go back to wirelessly charging. But that’s on the manufacturer. Re-Cell delivered on what they are able to do.It does note that the only thing included with this box is the charger. It has every appearance of the expensive brand version and not some cheap knockoff that’ll stop working in a few weeks. That’s great!It would have been nice to include a pin opener for a SIM card xfer. Though you either already have one with your current SIM or need to get a new SIM card which will include one. They just get lost so easily, again, would be nice but isn’t expected.Overall, very satisfied. If anything arrises within the month, I’ll try to work it out personally, before updating this. Otherwise, just assume that everything continued to work out great! Thank you!

So I wasn’t really sure what to expect as this was my first time getting a refurbished phone. If it were a car, I’d definitely want to take it for a test drive as well rebuilt cars arnt always a good deal. So when i opened the box and the only thing I could see that had what one could call scratches or damage was on the bezzle??? I was very happy. The screen and back of the phone are flawless, like brand brand new. Even the “scratches” look like they are apart of some design pattern. As for how the phone works, just amazing. This was a perfect purchase for me. The phone is great, no damage, nothing funky about it. Will definitely buy another refurbished when the time comes.

Got caught off guard on this one, overall the phone and camera are top notch, however this was the first year they stopped including a microsd option in the phones. The s20 had microsd support and similar cameras, this one was rated a bit better on wide angle picture quality so we picked this one but didn’t realize it meant no microSD.So when you get this phone, you’re stuck with the 128GB storage, but other wise the phone is fast and responsive, doesn’t seem quite as bloated as older samsung phones used to be, and picture quality is excellent.
