Very pricy, but I absolutely adore the design. It packs easy so we have folded it up and taken it on vacations to set the baby down for tummy time or to lay safely on the ground without it being too hard. It photographs beautifully and would also be good for the beach. I personally havenât had any issues with the tassels but my babe hasnât started ripping things yet.

Amazing baby mat
The mat has been one of the best purchases Iâve made for my son. He is on it everyday and enjoys playing with his toys on it. It has a good thickness to it but not so thick that it canât be folded. It works perfect for our living room. We recently brought it on a trip with us and was great for having a place to put down baby.

If polyester had a smell then this is it! The smell felt like it honestly burned my nose hairs right off. And they expect a baby to play on this? The front advertising label of the play mat states the exterior is made of 100% cotton but Iâve never come across cotton that smelled this awful. There is no mention of cotton on the product tags.

Crane Whales Playmat
I wanted to LOVE this playmat since it is adorable and super cushiony however after washing the mat was unraveling and the tassels became very loose. My little guy could easily have pulled one of the tassels off causing a choking hazard. Super cute but not worth the risk. Sadly I will be returning.
