Made my nails grow like crazy so it must help with hair growth too.
This is the best womanâs vitamin I have ever tried thatâs under 15$ and still good. tastes a bit like spices and herbs, sounds strange but in a good way. I recommend these for woman who are looking for a way to be healthier and for nail growth, so if you are overwhelmed choosing what affordable vitamin to take this is a great choice. I also take an omega 3 supplement in a lemon flavor and a high potency Vitamin D because I tend to run low on VD, and this improves mood especially during the winter months when we get less sunlight. I am 40 years old and with no major health issues and my regime works well together, also magnesium is good for depression, helps promote sleep and regularity (for constipation issues, itâs a natural way to ease this) I will certainly be buying more of these

Taste HORRIBLE
These are pretty good vitamins, Iâm about a week into taking them and I have noticed my nails have gotten stronger and grow faster. I havenât noticed anything with my skin or hair. The only issue I have is that they taste HORRIBLE!!!!! I donât know if I got a bad batch or what, but they taste like some sort of meat or something savory. I like eating meat and savory things but when the flavor is coming from my vitamins I get grossed out. I DREAD taking my pills and vitamins every morning because of the flavor of theseâ¦I have to take my meds with juice now instead of water, so I can cover up the taste a little bit. Theyâre also pretty big pills, and kind of hard to swallow, but thatâs not a huge deal for me.

Amazing vitamins!!
After taking these vitamins for about two months Iâve noticed that my nails grow fast and my hair had grown a lot and has more volume. On the downside they make me really hungry if I take them in the morning. The bottle says to take 2 daily but I only take one a day, and that works for me.
