itâs suppose to thicken my hair
Iâm not too fond of the lavender smell, especially when i put it into my dirty hair and let it soak in before i wash my hair. My shampoo smells great however when i washed my after i had put the lavender oil on it the two smells together wasnât pleasant at least it washâs out and it does make my thinner hair dry fuller.

It has to be used with the shampoo & conditioner.
I have been stopped by people asking who does my hair. I am 71 and have pure white hair (it turned early). Itâs only been a month but my brushes are not full of hair. The shampoo gets it very clean but be sure to use the conditioner or it will be hard to comb out. A small dopple of conditioner and only on the ends makes it so soft!!!So far I love it.

Shiny Hair
I reallly like this product in spite of it’s rather funky smell. The smell doesn’t last out of the shower or on your hair. What does last is the shine and strengthening properties of this product. I only use it about once a month and mainly on the front area of my head where my hair is the most thin. I think it’s helping strengthen, shine and revitalize my hair. I also love their shampoo and condtioner.

Good, but strong scent.
This is a good product, but as I said in the headline, the scent is really strong. Like, I could smell it through the packaging strong. I thought it potentially broke during shipping, but it didn’t. It’s just very strong. That being said, it isn’t that heinous of a scent. It’s a herbal scent that is slightly peppery.In terms of use, it is super easy to apply and rub into the scalp. I personally applied it a bit before showering and found that it did not leave my hair feeling heavy or greasy post-hair-washing. There was still the lingering smell of herbal pepper.I haven’t noticed any insane changed in my hair, but my scalp is very well moisturized. I like the product, and if it does support thickness then I would consider spending $30 to purchase it again.

Shampoo and conditioner seems to work well. I like the smell just had for a few weeks so we will keep using.

Impossible to open.
This is a very expensive item. I have tried over and over to open this bottle and itâs been frustrating! Iâm old and have arthritis. Definitely not user friendly and will not order again. Shame on ROUTiNE for using inferior containers.
