IT WORKS – So this really works for me. My digestive system is an uncontrollable mess on my period days and this piece helps a lot. Iâve noticed Iâm more confident and chill regarding this subject when I wear this. It might be life changing actually.SIZE AND FUNCTION – My usual size is XS but I but the Small because thatâs the smaller size they offer so I use it as a short over my underwear. It fits well and the elastic band is tight, maybe to help itâs funticon. But maybe thatâs why it works really well if Iâm still when I need it (sitting or standing) but if Iâm in movement, like walking fast or happen to be in the process of standing up, there might be some leakage. I still think this is worth it and I already bought a second one. Buy your usual size is is available.CARE – I wash it briefly with water and bicarbonate, then rinse it with clean water and hang it to air dry. After a few months they still work the same. *I wash it after using it more than once since I donât use it as underwear directly.

They do work in covering up bad flatulance. However, I bought this 2XL pair because the first pair I bought, XL, fit a bit too low in the back. They are OK to wear with jeans, but not with leggins. Thankful to find these!

Doesn’t work as advertised
I was really hoping this underwear would work but it didnât. I noticed that the charcoal filter padding has a big gap in the crotch area which lets the odour slip out. The fabric also started pilling after one wear. Waste of money!

Seems to work okay but is way overpriced for quality
Mine had a hole in them after the first use so Iâm not happy. I wish they were more durable because otherwise they fit and are pretty comfy and definitely reduce odor.

The high waist design is perfect to wear with my high rise jeans, they fit very well to my body, they gave me back the confidence I lost in situations where I had gas and I expelled them with fear of going through an embarrassing situation, the fabric is soft, I highly recommend this product.

Great idea, poor execution
I love the idea of this product and wanted it to work as advertised. Instead it worked poorly and after a few hands washes with washing soda, didn’t work at all. Almost disposable. The design flaws are these: a) the carbon filter isn’t thick enough. I know the do this so it will be smooth and not bulky under tight pants, but I’d rather have a heavier duty filter… Also one that will last longer… These are way too expensive to get only 3 uses out of b) there’s a filter sewn into the crotch and another in the back panel if the underwear. Problem is there’s a gap between these two panels of about half an inch. Guess where that half inch falls? In line with me anus, so every fart evades the carbon filter.In the end I taped another product’s heavier duty carbon filter into these and it worked reasonably well for the first few times. Tootles, you’ve got a great concept here, please improve execution.

i’ve been having pretty bad flatulence ever since I started chemotherapy. When I’m wearing these, I don’t have to worry about feeling embarrassed. I’ve only washed them once with forever new, which is a powdered detergent that’s very gentle, and it seems to work just fine. Highly recommend! I wear them on top of underwear, but only underwear that are smaller than the pair I got. I’m petite, but I ordered a medium.
