Becareful unboxing
My box of 4 arrived today and when I turned the box right side up it started spilling all over the place. So I turned it wrong side up. And I opened the bottom of the box. 1 of the 4 bottles the lid was not on and it had spilled out. I was able to salvage about 2/3 of the container. It by the way smells absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to wash a load of clothes with it to see home w my clothes smell and how long it will last.

Packaging is terrible; product is fine
The product is lovely and smells great. However, the packaging is terrible. The caps come off very easily during shipping. Since the box was packed on its side in the larger shipping box, the entire contents of one bottle spilled into the smaller box which also incidentally had one of its flaps open. So the contents also spilled into the larger shipping box onto the other items I ordered. Amazon only offers to replace/refund if I ship the original back, which is not practical.
