Super Sturdy cooling racks.
I watch cooking shows and I see chefs constantly using cooling racks. Mine were old and worn out and not very sturdy so I decided to try these. They are great. I use them all the time because the size is perfect and they are so easy to clean. Fit in the dishwasher nicely too. Would make a great gift idea since people don’t think to buy them for themselves. Reasonably priced as well.

Just what I was looking for!
These have come in so handy for us. We eat a lot of fish and always use my half size baking sheet pan to bake them. I knew I needed something like this so that the fish wouldn’t be soggy on the bottom anymore (which was what was always happening by placing the fish right on top of foil/parchment paper). I got these so I could elevate them and still use the half size pan. It has definitely helped. They are sturdy and easy to clean. Also, very easy to store. They work great for something like the fish, or even if I just need something small to put a baked good on while it cools.

Fits the Nordikware sheet pans very well. Remove easily for cleaning, or for alternate uses.Use for keeping your vegetables or chicken elevated off the sheet pan when roasting, or for cooling a loaf of bread, or chewy cookies.

Bought for rendering tallow and lard – perfect elevation for the little convection oven – little small for the 1/4 sheet pan but nothing that really is a problem. Works great at a great price!

I use these small heavy duty racks to dry brine meat in my fridge. They fit perfectly inside a cookie sheet I have so no worries about drips while taking up minimum space.
