Easy to use!
This Pilates bar was easy to assemble. Seems to be very sturdy. There are no instructions about the different accessories, hand grips & foot straps. You just figure it out based on the exercise youâre doing. I prefer to have detailed instructions but it was ok without them.

Don’t let the price fool you – this is one heck of a workout
Just like most people, I’ve bought so many “exercise” items for my house. However, I am now on I think week 2 or 3 and still going strong. This is by far, the easiest, simplest piece of equipment. Travels very well. But don’t let the price fool you into thinking it’s flimsy or whatever. STRONG. Chart to follow along. No frills, but I just put my Pandora chill station on and go for it, 20 mins a day – timing on my watch. Glad I purchased and recommend.

I can feel the burn, but resistance bands are crazy stiff
My social media algorithms convinced me to try the Pilates Bar out. Iâve only had it for a few days but I can really feel that itâs working muscles; itâs not an easy workout and I like that one small piece of equipment can affect so many areas. With that being said, however, I find that the resistance bands are not long enough. Iâm about 5â6â and can BARELY stand up with the bar across my shoulders. The videos Iâve seen of other Pilate bars show people easily standing. I havenât been able to do some of the exercises that the included chart describes. Iâm afraid that the bands will snap and Iâll end up with a black eye or a lost tooth.

I love this. I can do every exercise that I need with this kit. You can make many variations of the weights. It comes with a big chart to show the exercises that can be done with it. All of the items fit in the small carry case for ease of taking it with you anywhere. LOVE IT!

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.
