I had been looking for the old Boots # 5 products for years and then this came out. I had great expectations. The day cream goes on thick and feels greasy (even tho’ it is not). The serum didn’t seem to re-hydrate anything and in fact, left my skin vaguely bumpy. Stopped using it….bumps went away.

Pros:I love No 7 products and wanted to try this particular product line. I have extremely sensitive skin and so far, there have been no sensitivity issues! Granted I’ve only used them for 2 days, but usually if there’s going to be a major reaction, it happens within a few hours. There is a very faint scent, almost negligible. The serum and creams absorb very quickly, with no sticky feeling or residue. A little bit of FR goes a long way. We’ll see how effective the product is in a couple of weeks. So, for right now, No 7 Future Renew gets 2 thumbs up from me.Cons:Like others have posted here, the box was crushed in several places, there was no safety seal on any item in the No 7 set, (3 pieces), and the quantity of product in the jars appeared to be less than advertised. I attribute the latter as a result of storage and shipping. I simply gave each jar a couple of whacks on the counter and stored them right side up and voila, the product settled back into the jar more evenly, although neither jar looks “full”. To be honest, that could be by design and not the fault of the seller. While not really “product” related, the packaging for shipping was less than stellar, a little bubble wrap or other filler would help protect the product box and keep it from looking like a “used” product.
