Easy to use and effective
I purchased it and it was easy to put together. Easy to use. Just attach the control panels and put on the adhesive pads and you are ready to go.What was surprising is how potent the stimulation. I am up to about 10 on the intensity scale. It all depends on your tolerance but you will definitely feel it working. I use it diligently. Would recommend.

Works as advertised
This belt does what it says. It stimulates the muscles with electrical pulses. Itâs best to start at a lower level and work your way up. You need to get your diet in check as well but with consistent use (and some kind of ab workouts) you can actually start to see definition! You might also want to purchase a refill of the gel sticky pads.

I give this product a good but fair review. The power is a little lacking on the stomach section of the device. I could barely feel it. But the arm stimulators are extremely powerful. I ended up using them on my stomach as well as my arms and chest. So all in all itâs not a bad device and does what it claims to do as far as working you out. So I give it a thumbs up.

Completes my toning work out
This product completed my light (effective) workout plan. I do 200+ pushups a day. On days im recovering my muscles or too tired from work, i put on my ab stimulator and watch movies till i sleep. My abs are beginning to harden again, which i haven’t felt in decades. Grateful for this product. It won me over 100%

I have a tens unit that I use and it is incredibly helpful with healing and recovery. With that said, this product is actually far more effective and has way more modes and settings. I’ve even used the arm units on my sprained ankle and I was surprised at how effective it was. I have enjoyed using this unit on my core strengthening and it has had an immediate effect on eliminating my back pain (I’m a truck driver). I would recommend this product because it actually works well and is highly effective.

I have never used one of these before, but my trainer uses them and strongly suggested it. I have now used this for over 2 months and it really works. Glad I made the purchase.

Ab component is not very strong; Sticky adhesive pads do not last very long
The issue that I experienced is that the electrical stimulation in the ab component is not very strong and it is definitely weaker than that with the two bands. The stimulation with the two bands is great and markedly much stronger. Lastly, the sticky pads are very thin and do not last very long. It is great that the package came with replacement pads but honestly it was not enough. There needed to be more replacement pads included. Despite my comments, I like the device and I use it everyday in combination with exercise/working out. I use the bands on my lower back which is great. I found replacement pads on Amazon that are not that expensive. Lastly, as always, Amazon is very supportive of their customers, which I appreciate.

Interesting product
It has different modes for different wants. I do wish it was more intense but its easy to wear while I clean the house I can feel it contracting my muscles which is what I want.
