I heard diaper spatulas werenât necessary, and hesitated spending extra on this âaesthetically pleasingâ one. I totally bought it because of that and because I saw a review that talked about how it was firm but pliable enough so it can spread the diaper cream easily. Itâs been great and one of the best purchases for a newborn. Diaper changes are already messy and this is one extra thing to make them a little cleaner. I started to use this by applying cream directly to baby but changed and Iâm now applying it to the diaper instead. Much cleaner and easy to do. Definitely recommend.

This is one of those baby items you donât think youâll actually use – but you will. Daily. It applies diaper rash cream perfectly. Itâs smooth and gentle and exactly what you need. I wipe it after each use and store it in the changing table drawer. I own multiple but this is my favorite.

Didn’t Realize How Much I’d Love This!
I always thought diaper cream applicators were so silly… like I have fingers that work just fine, but I had to admit that I don’t love the feel or smell of it on my fingers. With my fourth baby, I decided to just take the plunge and buy one and OH MY GOSH I cannot believe I waited this long to purchase one. The suction is just right – it sticks, but isn’t too hard to pull up when you need to use it. It spread the cream around really well and was easy to clean afterward. I’m honestly thinking about getting another to have one at home and one in the diaper bag. It may seem silly, but it is definitely convenient!
