Quality
Bands/tubes are beefy with great equivalent weight labeling. Very very comfortable workout handles/grips. Itâs a great mini gym when you canât get to a actual gym or on the go. Love all the accessories that came with it. A wide variety of exercises can be accomplished with a real helpful exercise chart included. For me this is a quality mini workout gym. Love it.

I ain’t gonna lie, bands scare the crap out of me but not enough to keep me from using them. Maybe I’d feel differently if I’d been whacked by one snapping on me. These are not the most expensive but there are certainly many cheaper sets out there to be had and cheaping out on resistance bands seems like a very bad idea. You’re just asking for trouble in my opinion. I’m not an expert on resistance bands but these seem to be really high quality. They feel plenty sturdy and substantial. I often see people use resistance bands ridiculously explosively when demonstrated on videos and I don’t really understand the need to do that. It seems to defeat the purpose of controlled time-under-tension. Don’t get me wrong, these can handle all the rapid pulling and stretching I can muster but I’m not a 300 lb bodybuilder who wants to show these things who’s boss, if you know what I mean. I do see there are some reviews where people have had issues but not many. After listening to fitness experts, it seems that no matter what brand you get, this will be inevitable (though that shouldn’t be the case immediately and those should be replaced by the seller, if there is a fault in manufacturing which is also inevitable).Ok, all I know is that these are helping me tremendously. I use them every single day. I put a lot of my body weight into them. I even use them to hold up most of my weight practicing a pistol squat and I worry more about the door in this case than I do the bands. They are very good quality.I’m not a huge fan of the door anchor that comes with any of these sets but this one is good quality. I use it under the door but for the top I chose to get these anchors which I could not be happier with. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DP7ZVDG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I like to separate out the top of the band. I bought extra heavy-duty carabiners to attach to the anchors and couldn’t be happier with those either. I originally bought the wall anchor system to screw into studs on a dedicated wall, only to find that our basement is built with steel studs. This is a nice discovery for other reasons but made the wall anchors unusable. I like what I have better than I think I would like the strap or straps that go across the door. I have tried to be as unbiased and honest in my review as possible here. The only thing I haven’t said is that I haven’t had these all that long so I can’t possibly know the durability with certainty but they sure seem like they will last. If they don’t, which I think they will, I suppose I’ll end up ponying up for the most expensive, highest quality I can find because I know with absolute certainty that I want resistance bands in my life as long as I have an ounce of strength to use them, which I hope is until the day I die.

Good resistance band for Price!
I like these resistance bands, they feel durable and not easy to break in my experience. The quality is also pretty good they do not feel cheap. It comes with instructions to help you perform various different exercises. These bands will last you if you take care of them.

Love these bands. Used them to replace my 12-year old set when they got brittle and broke. I like the grip and attachment accessories. Sturdy stitching and vibrant colors. Nice to have a fresh set again.One comment: am not sure how they determined the weight – my old set had much more resistance for the same weight rating. I donât believe theyâre anywhere near 300 lbs, which makes me glad I got the heavier set. But really, who needs to lift 300 lbs on bands? Itâs more about the different combinations you can make, and I am always able to do what I want with them. You just shouldnât expect that pulling on the 75 lb band is truly like lifting a 75 lb dumbbell.

A very good value! Purchased for rotator cuff physical therapy at home.
I had rotator cuff surgery in both shoulders (months apart) and had to do physical therapy at home each day. These bands come in many resistance levels which really helped me get the exercises done. They are commercial grade quality. I was impressed by how well built they are. The handles that were included gave me many options for using them. There are attachments to use under or over a door, over your ankle, and to wrap around poles or other fixed objects. You can double or triple up the bands if you need a lot of resistance. One of the best values I’ve gotten in recent memory. Highly recommended for any kind of resistance training.
