I ordered this Favoyard Patio Furniture Covers Tear-Resistant Outdoor Furniture Covers Waterproof for Patio Dining Table to use on our new patio furniture this spring and summer.We actually got this to use on our sofa/daybed and side tables, not a dining table and chairs. Our table and chairs have been fine for years, they are vintage wrought iron and not likely to be fazed by weather, they’ve already lasted this long.Our new sofa/daybed however is made of a woven rattan base, as are the side tables. The table tops are bamboo. We wanted to have a good, sturdy cover for them through rainstorms this spring and summer, as well as later in the winter. We learned the hard way as young newlyweds that rattan needs to be covered from rain, snow, and weather.We just redid our back patio, and we love the new look. We live in NYC in a tiny little house that is older than the Brooklyn Bridge. It has tons of period charm, but not much storage room. Our new patio furniture will have to stay out in the winter like our old patio furniture does.Our patio is sunken, down a set of steps from the yard, or up a set of stairs from our English basement. I have chronic health issues that affect my mobility, I haven’t been able to handle the steep stairs for a while now. But recently I’ve been able to use the patio again, redecorating is a little celebration.Our new sofa/daybed is grey rattan, the end tables match. My color scheme for pillows, rugs, and accessories is pink and green, very old school preppy. Our patio is somewhat sheltered, we have a roof. The walls and floor are pale concrete, above the walls are open work wrought iron fences.So our furniture isn’t right out in the open, but there’s plenty of ways that weather can get at it. Rain can blow through the fences, it can leak from the gutters.This cover is heavy duty and waterproof. It’s made from that manmade synthetic fabric they call “oxford cloth”. I always find that confusing, to me Oxford cloth is what they make button down Oxford shirts with. This is the other kind of oxford cloth. It is sturdy and keeps water off the furniture. It is black and has built in air vents to allow air under the cover to circulate.This is large enough to cover all four pieces of furniture with plenty of room to spare. Our sofa seats two. It has a coffee table/storage bench that can be used as a table/bench, or pushed under the sofa completely. When pulled all the way out and covered with a pillow, it turns the sofa into a daybed. There are also two end tables.The width of the full daybed with an end table on either side is approximately 72”. The cover is about 74” wide. The sales page recommended allowing an extra inch or two when selecting a size, and that worked well for us.The four buckle straps allowed us to secure the cover to the furniture in case of winds. The bottom drawstring pulled tight helps keep the cover on the furniture. It also helps keep out friendly neighbor cats who love to explore.Like I mentioned, this was intended to be a cover for a dining table and chairs. It worked great for our sofa/daybed and side tables. The cover we ordered measured about 74″L x 47″W x 28″H.The current price ($27.99) gives excellent value for money. While planning my patio renovation my husband and I looked at many different options. We saw other weather covers that cost much more than this set. Don’t let the bargain price worry you, this does the job well. If used properly and stored correctly (don’t shove it into a trunk or storage box while it’s still dripping wet) it should last many seasons.This folds easily and fits nicely into one of our side table storage areas with plenty of room to spare. Our side tables and coffee table/bench all have storage space with zippered bags of waterproof material inside them.When weather is on the way, we can store unbreakable patio goods like throw pillows, charger cords, portable cordless lights, plastic barware, trays, etc. in the zippered waterproof bags inside the rattan furniture. Then the furniture goes under the larger waterproof cover. Everything stays safe and dry.Favoyard weatherproof outdoor furniture cover is sturdy, strong, and easy to use. The furniture cover is heavy-duty and waterproof, made from sturdy black oxford cloth with built-in air vents. It comfortably fits our picnic bench tables. The 74″L x 47″W x 28″H cover is secured with buckle straps and a drawstring. Where we live, it is very dusty. Keeps the dirt at a minimum. Highly recommend. Very good price.

Nice waterproof cover
I used this for a patio set and I’ve found it’s easy to put on. It has held up really well to weather and it is water proof. It’s so nice to be able to just pull the cover off our patio furniture and it be dry.
