Easy to use and blades are very sharp.
I have arthritic hands and chopping vegetables has become tedious and painful at times.All you do is clean the vegetable, select a VERY SHARP BLADE, and bring the top down. It takes me 2 wacks and my onions, potatoes, carrots…… are prepared for the dish I am cooking. My hands no longer ache from chopping.I must warn you, the BLADES ARE VERY SHARP. They must be sharp to work properly.Hold the blade insert by the surrounding plastic. I keep the squares of blades stacked in freezer bags, inside the clean chopper. I pull out the one I need by the sides and keep the rest enclosed. They store well inside the chopper.This item is not safe for children to use without close supervision. I have knicked myself just bumping a blade.That said, it works like a charm. The blades are surrounded by thick plastic that can be used to drop them in place. When I am finished, I tip the chopper over so the blade easily drops in the dish pan. I use a brush and the utensils included. They are also dishwasher safe. (Boy would I love a dishwasher.)It was well worth the price and I can whip up a chicken salad, chopped salad, and potato salad in a flash. I love this product.

Use caution very sharp
Great product… Lots of different blades… CAUTION… Blades very sharp… I actually cut the entire tip of my finger of on the mandolin slicer… Don’t get me wrong I love the product and it was my own fault for being careless… Just want you to be smart when using… If I have to I will still buy this same product. Definitely a time saver

If you chop a lot of veggies its a big help. Please be cautious of all the blades. Razor sharp. I chop onoins, peppers, mushrooms and celery to keep in freezer. The others just as I go. I chop a lot for salsa also. I will tell you, I cut the end of my fi ger off with mandolin slicer part of this. Did not use the guard. PLEASE! PLEASE! Be careful! Not fun. Im a pro and did it. It was my fault! Being stupid. But this utensil saves hours of standing and cutting. It can do all the veggies. Its a little hard to do raw sweet potatoes and large carrots. Its still worth every penny! Ive tried several different ones. So far,.. this ones the winner, for Preformance, Quality, cleaning. Putting together and breaking down.

Good Chopper, Don’t Buy For Slicer
The blades on all of the attachments are incredibly sharp, so they have the potential to cut well. However, I’ve found the mandoline functions aren’t so great. The one that’s the absolute worst is the crinkle-cut blade – It slices so thinly and the crinkles are so small and close together that trying to make waffle fries, as the instructions suggest you can, is impossible.If you’re buying it just to chop veggies, this is a sturdy, well-made product that chops very well. Just don’t use it as a mandoline or at least don’t expect much if you do.

Love it
Easy to use, switch out plates, and clean. We use a LOT of diced onion in my house, and itâs always a pain in the butt to have to chop either just what we need OR a whole onion when we donât need that much. I chopped about 7 onions in maybe 10 minutes time and put them in the freezer so now we have them readily available and donât have to worry about chopping. We also sliced and chopped other veggies too!

Originally I bought this so that my chopped foods would be more uniformly sized and cook more evenly. I didn’t realize that it would also make the job so much faster. AMAZING!with cooler weather coming I’m really looking forward to using it for my soups and stews so my veggies will cook more evenly.I love, love, love it!!
