the 3 usb and 3 of the outlets are smart and 3 are always on but u can also control the entire unit with smart features. all these features for a reasonable price

Works great in my nich
I purchased this unit to be installed in our TV nich. This way I could remotely power on/off outlets as the regular plug is behind the tv and shelving system. Whenever I need to power down an item I can… The only downside at least for me is, it only seems to have remote/smart abilities on half the unit. I am fortunate enough that I dont need all of the outlets to be smart.

Updated*new version of the app supports and integrates the deviceApp setup doesn’t include the device. Tried several different options and unable to pair with device. Don’t recommend until they update their installation instructions. Also, the app appears to be more focused on selling more devices that operating the ones you own….

Bad connectivity and interface
You’ll need a 2.4Ghz band to use this – moved to a new complex that only uses 5g and it’s useless. Even when it did work, it was glitchy, the switches were loud when turning on and off, and sometimes the USB plugs would reset randomly. Do not buy.

I bought four of these over the last year. They’re just very handy three plugs that are always on three that can be controlled by voice through smart speaker.I bought two used like new and two new ones. One of the used like new didn’t work.I put in for a replacement (New). Went smooth as silk, and got the new one

Does the basic job but connectivity is questionable
The product looks nice and is seated securely in the plug without having to drill into the wall (not the case with some similar products I have purchased in the past). However, I would probably not have paid $20 for it without the smart functionality and unfortunately I’ve spent thirty minutes trying to connect it through the app with no luck. Luckily the plugs function as normal, so not like it’s useless. But I’m no stranger to these smart device apps and the setup should NOT have to be this difficult.

Quedo muy bien instalado y trabaja sin ningún problema lo único que verÃa como detalle es que los contactos están muy pegados y no los pude utilizar todos se quedo uno libre, porque hay enchufes algo gruesos y no caben bien. Uno lo pude arreglar poniendo un extensor de enchufe.

Ante todo, no, no todos los contactos son inteligentes, solo 3 clavijas y los usb se encienden/apagan simultaneos no individual. Los materiales están bien pero podrÃan ser mejores pero por precio es lo justo. Queda un poco flojo el agarre al momento de desconectar cables. Es una muy buena mejora si quieres empezar a tener una casa inteligente porque te proporciona enchufes extras que nunca vienen mal y los usb son muy útiles para cargar celulares, dejar fija estaciones inalambricas, tiras led o cualquier dispositivo que requiera una alimentación de 5V. Me hubiera gustado que los usb queden mirando hacia abajo para que los cables no se doblaran, pero eso depende de donde este situado el outlet, pero se soluciona volteando el socket.
