Great storage container
I will admit that this storage unit was not what I expected. Beyond that everything about this storage unit is awesome! What stands out to me is how easy this is to put together. The unit comes in several pieces and they all fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. No tools needed. Once put together the storage space inside is not as big as I would have hoped but Iâve got a lot of junk in my garage to store. I had already considered that I might need 2 of these storage units. I also plan to get one for my deck outside. I like the fact that you can lock the unit to protect whatâs inside. I might not need that for those in my garage, but very possible for the one I end up placing on my deck. I would recommend this storage unit. Everything is placed inside so my garage looks nice and neat. The color (black) and design of the storage unit make it look very attractive. Being weather resistant is an added bonus!

Ease of Assembly
What a joy it is to find something of reasonable cost that exceeds expectations. I bought 2. I put the first one together in less than 10 minutes – which included reading the instructions. The slowest part was just making sure I knew how the pieces should be oriented. The next one went together in less than 3 minutes and both are simply attractive and functional (I like the charcoal grey color – which I feel is classier than the traditional dark brown). Thanks to Keter for putting out a quality product. I’m going to order some winter covers so they stay nice as long as possible.

The deck box is exactly as described and from what I understood my almost 80 year old mother said it was incredibly easy to assemble by herself.

Not as big as I had hoped.
This wasnât quite big enough to hold all the cushions. I have to order a larger one. However this is water proof and does keep everything dry. It clicks closed tightly and is very sturdy.

Price was great!This storage box is well made and is large with plenty of storage! I am 250 lbs. and sitting on the top it has no give!Assembly: I am not very mechanical or handy for that fact and had this assembled in 15 minutes! Instructions were easy to follow and parts snapped together easily. If I need any (outdoor/indoor) additional storage I will buy more of this product!

I tried to save a buck on prime day and bought a deck box, one of those China no name brands. Regretted it day one two and three and beyond. Water got in daily whether a rain storm, mist, or dew. It didnât live up to the waterproof promise. I already had a keter java xxl, I should have known.I had to fight that seller for weeks to get my money back. Immediately went to keter to buy this one to replace the junk from China.If you are contemplating this box. Stop here and get it. Youâll be happy.

Tips for Keter: SalesForce and Customer Service Problems
I am very disappointed with this purchase due to poor customer service from Keter. The box itself would have been lovely however, it arrived without any of the hinges or associated pieces. I reached out to Keter and they responded within a day. However, they responded with a manual and asked me to list out which items were missing. I had already said I was missing every single piece except the 4 walls, lid, and bottom. Logic would say order every other piece listed in the manual. However, I responded back with the part numbers. Since then, I have been receiving automated emails saying if I don’t respond they are closing my case. I have responded every time, on the same day. It is now a month since I purchased the deck box. I must return to Amazon within 30 days, so back it goes. It has been sitting partially assembled in my living room the entire time. Tip for Keter – You need to have your SalesForce email integration fixed. It’s either not logging customer responses, or the responses aren’t being read. Additionally, isn’t the goal of most companies to resolve a customer issue with only one interaction? The CS rep was either too lazy to list the part numbers and order them for me or he just didn’t care. Either way, you have an issue with customer service as well. This would have been the fourth matching deck box I purchased for my backyard. I’m not reordering. I’d rather have a mismatched box then deal with this hassle again. Keter lost me as a customer.

Easy buying process, excellent delivery and an excellent product. Once you have your head around what you are looking at and the instructions supplied then assembly is easy, it is all click together no screws or bolts. You can add your own padlock if you want, weatherproof, sturdy and lightweightOne issue for me was the size, I thought it would be big enough to take the garden furniture seats and cushions, it doesn’t take the seats, my fault I should have measured it and waited until the garden furniture was delivered before buying the storage as I say, my fault.All in all – recommend
