Sweet phone
It’s a nice Motorola built phone, I really like it (Samsung previously burned me on 3 different phones, will never purchase any Samsung product again). Very fast, full reception bars everywhere I go, webpages load in less than a second, no lag when switching between apps, has a nice bright screen, camera is clear, and has lots of storage. It’s unlocked and I’m hoping I will be able to use it while in Africa. The only negative is the battery runs out in under 12hrs (supposed to be 2days) but I’m also a heavy user. I may have a shop install a new battery for me before I leave. Just bought a 2nd one for my beautiful lady. Will update if any issues going forward.

Great screen.
I only use my phone for calls and internet news. I’m hard of hearing, and I love how much louder in calls, ring tones, and text tones. My moto G7 wasn’t loud enough. Long battery life. You’ll need to buy 25 watt quick charger as phone only comes with 10 watt charger. I’ve heard that camera is only so so but don’t care as I don’t take pics. Very satisfied with phone and screen performance. I bought refurbished, new price a little high.

Renewed but works like new
So far works like new, enjoying the features like spit screen that I enjoyed with my other phone. Fingerprint scanner is snappy and quick.Camera is nice it does show some noise on night shots, could be me not knowing the settings but night vision is decent.

Dead battery
I ordered this phone when my last one broke because it’s the exact same one as I had before and I loved it.It came with a battery that refused to charge right from the start. I ended up having to buy another phone very quickly because I was never able to use this one.

Excellent excellent phone for the price very well built
This phone is very well built and very reasonably priced I’m very hard on phones and I’ve dropped this thing probably 20 times on to a tile floor already without a single crack in the screen and no screen protector the processor seems fast call qualities good and battery life is excellent highly recommend this

My phone did NOT work with t-mobile.
Edit: switching my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Despite the fact the phone refused to work with a proper T-mobile sim, the customer service was very good. They responded quickly and provided me with a free return label and issued the refund right after receiving. Great support.I bought this phone because it was specifically stated to work with both Verizon and T-mobile sim cards. Well, I was left extremely disappointed. Out of the box, you receive the phone (which itself is in very good physical condition), the sim card removal tool, and a usb charging cable (with no actual 12v wall outlet plug, you need to buy that separately). The phone, when powered up, you’ll discover is a Verizon branded phone. I followed the instructions by completing initial setup and updates via my home wi-fi network, then inserting my t-mobile sim card. Well, the phone, no matter what, refused to accept the card and allow me to make calls or use data. In fact, it would give me a message ‘sim card locked – not a verizon sim card.’ After wasting hours trying everything imaginable, I came to the conclusion that this really isn’t an unlocked tmobile phone. How did I find this out? Well, I tapped on a message on the screen which gave me a ‘Sorry, your device can’t be activated on another carrier’s network right now’ message from the My Verizon app installed on the phone. So I tried the same sim card on my own FULLY unlocked Motorola One phone (purchased from a different amazon vendor months ago) and it fired right up and let me use calls data straight away.I’m guessing this vendor is doing nothing for testing except for running a stock verizon sim before shipping these out.Extremely disappointed. Time and money wasted. Moral of the story is: stick to fully unlocked phones, and avoid carrier branded phones. Because they will be very hit or miss.

Spectacular
Bought two Christmass 2022. Verizon said they wouldn’t work with our prepaid plan. Moved the sim card from our old phones and they did.My screen was badly cracked in an incident. Ordered a replacement. Again, we were told it wouldn’t work on our prepaid plan. Had it working within minutes of delivery simply by transferring the sim card.Performance meets our expectations, Price is good. This is our sixth MOTO phone. And these have NFC,.

Good overall phone; no issues noted…..
Switched from another Motorola Phone to this phone; it has more memory and more recent Processor. No problems at all; its been a good trouble-free Phone.I do not do ‘Face Recognition’ or ‘Fingerprint Reader’ tasks at all; but I am betting this Phone would do them quite well….
