A tool we all need
These were exactly what we needed! When it was time to babyproof our house, I knew I had to get some oven knob covers, so I decided to give these a try. They work perfectly and I love that theyâre clear, so they blend in nicely. They were super easy to install and keep our little one safe around the stove. I highly recommend them! The quality is great, and theyâre easy to attach to the knobs and the side of the oven. I was a bit worried they might not stick well or that weâd break the white lock when opening the oven door, but everything has stayed secure without any problems.

These did exactly what we needed! When it came time to babyproof our house I knew I needed to get some oven knob covers and I decided to try these out. They work great and I love that they are clear so they aren’t much of an eye sore. They were super easy to install and they keep our little one out of trouble near the stove. Highly recommend!

So far so good. Except for the oven latch
Overall these were relatively easy to install. They are also easy to open and close for adults. But I can see my daughter struggling until she’s big enough to know better. Just need to make sure you really clean the surface before you install these guys. The tape is very strong. So be sure you do a dry run and put it on first without the tape to make sure it fits and can close. But also to make sure the knobs can easily turn and be adjusted. The double-sided tape was kind of a pain in the butt to get on. And the only critique I have is for the other latch. If your oven isn’t perfectly Square you won’t be able to use it in the front. The plastic piece they use is pretty firm. That’s why I had to put it on the left side.

Cat turns on stove !
New stove. Smelled gas in kitchen, a knobs was turned on! Have shelves above the back of the stove and thought it must have been when I reached for a baking pan. Later however, saw the culprit was my big inquisitive, always hungry Tabby cat. He reached up and pawed the knob. Yipes!!These covers work great. Designed really well, made well, good materials Easy to install easy to open and close. Clear instructions. They include extra sticky pieces (which I needed).They are big, but who cares if they keep my house from blowing up !

Worked for 13 months
Pros: looked good, fairly easy to use, effective, easy to cleanCons:door lock is too rigid and couldn’t bend around the slight angle between the door and frame. Had to replace immediately with a flexible lock.Some latch buttons would not work unless you fiddled with them. I moved those to less used dials.The hinge rod backed out of most used cover. Had to move it to other dial and that cracked it.Finally at 13 months my toddler ripped two units off their hinges with a good tug. Both hinges completely destroyed. I don’t think these react well to heat.

These are really great. I still have them on my stove, but you have to be careful of grease even though I clean the stove the adhesive starts to come up and you have to replace it.
