Great product/Great packaging
I love this product and love it more that they have taken steps to reduce plastic. I am a relative new user so I am still evaluating the benefits but so far I am pleased with how quickly it dissolves in water and I like the flavor and minimal ingredients.

Dissolves quickly, no taste
I wish they didnât reformulate and increase the prices. Itâs a lot more expensive now so not sure Iâll order again. Before the price increase, 50 servings for $30-$35 was much more affordable and worth purchasing for the Verisol. I ended up buying Verisol in a different brand much less expensive.

Fantastic for hair and nails
I have been taking the unflavored in my coffee for a little over a year and my fingernails are amazing! For the first time they are not paper thin, in fact they are so thick they are hard to cut! In the last few months Iâve noticed that my hair feels much thicker and honestly, I have the best hair of my life. I have fine blond hair. I rarely review products but I felt so strongly about this product.

Caused Severe Edema
I am a healthy individual who works out 5-6 times a week. I took this for 6 weeks, and only took one dose per day. Over those 6 weeks I developed bad swelling in my hands, ankles and feet (edema).At first I didnât contribute it to this product, and thought something was terribly wrong with me. Then I realized since I never had an issue with edema to this extent before it MUST be the supplement. Think elephant feet and legs⦠Super shiny calves because my skin was pulled so tightly. I couldnât get my rings off without oiling my finger one day!I was also gaining weight very quickly even though I was eating well and working out. So I stopped taking it. It took about 2 weeks to drop the water weight Iâd gained (5 lbs!!!) and also stop the crazy edema I was experiencing.On occasion my ankles will get puffy, but not as big as before. Iâll need a visit to the doctor to ensure I didnât do lasting damage somehow.Most probably wouldnât have this issue. Itâs just something to consider when youâre thinking about using this supplement.
