Great for the road
Well made with good materials. Time will tell, but I see this workout set lasting a good while. The stitching on the grips is good and the material is sturdy. The one thing I would change is the grips have soft foam/rubber that I do not see lasting and breaking down and tearing in a few months. Everything fits in the pouch so you can throw it in your suitcase for a workout on the road. Overall, a good product. Change the grips with hard rubber.

First Impression
I have only unboxed them after receiving today, and here is what I notice so far, and comparing to a 12 year old set I purchased with health points from the Humana Vitality Store back in 2011.I see each band’s material in the new HPYGN set is thinner in width than my unknown brand older set. Each band’s diameter in my older set of yellow 10lb, grey 20lb, and black 40lb are .5″ each. The 10 lb in the new HPYGN set is only .3″ in diameter. The 50lb in the HPYGN band is only .4″ in diameter.So right there is an indication this new set’s material is less quality. My 12 year old set is as flexible and strong as when I bought them 12 years ago, however, they were in storage and unused until 1 year ago when I found them. But even still, the rubber has not dry-rotted, cracked, or lost it’s flexibility just sitting in a box for 11 years. I also notice the new bands attract hair and debris on the outer surface, whereas my old set does not.But that is just being very critical. What is more important is the function of the bands, and not their diameter size, or slight stickiness that may go away after time with use. My new HPYGN set might possibly be able to hold up better than my old set after 12 years… who knows since they are freshly new and not used yet.For the very affordable $25 HPYGN exercise bands, I wasn’t expecting a high quality Gym/Hospital grade set of resistance bands, which in time may indeed prove themselves to be a long-lasting and good quality.This brand of HPYGN resistance bands were the only < $30 ones that reviewers didn't complain about bands snapping and breaking, which is why I chose them. So far I have no real complaints, and will update this review after a few weeks of using them. Please note, however, I would still recommend them based upon what I was sent for only $25.

Good work out band’s better then my old residence band’s I got a good deal for the band’s I recommend these band’s for working out I use these band’s with my free weights in my home gym you get a gym quality band’s and a good workout.

I used weights for years. I hate the gym due to cost and edicate. So these came in I was not at all thinking they would have what I needed. I was laughing at the amount of burn I got over the weights that I have. You can play with all the beginning level of tension by how far your feet are or how far you are from the door. I’m super happy at this moment.

â¦tightening, toning , strengthening, AND buildingâ¦here are the body areas ratedâ¦so you can go light or heavy⦠to be sure, no one is stronger than this unit⦠CHESTâ¦one arm flys are incredible, and incline push-ups are good for toning ( the more horizontal, way tougher⦠Biceps⦠single and alternating will give you major pumpâ¦TRICEPSâ¦behind neck one arm will burn you to bits⦠MILITARY⦠both two arm and single will max you out on only a couple bandsâ¦LOW ROWS⦠one arm pull will tighten your lats big timeâ¦REAR DELTSâ¦are very difficult and will build⦠SIDE LATERALSâ¦both single and double really stress and build strengthâ¦WRIST/FORARMâ¦this alone is worth the price of admissionâ¦the handles are very comfortable⦠good gripâ¦and the bands are easy to add⦠and the combinations of weight bands are endless so you can have light or heavy workoutsâ¦this is a absolute must for me when travellingâ¦especially for guys who need their daily endorphins⦠hooks up easy to any doorâ¦this unit will give anyone a long term easy or hard exercise program⦠or for builders a really great option on the road ( and donât think youâre stronger than max bands )â¦lastly, yes you can do legsâ¦included is an ankle Velcro wrap that allow you to doâ¦squats, leg extensions, hamstring curls, and especially for the ladies great inside thigh workouts that you will remember next morningâ¦comes in an easy carrying bagâ¦got order in 2 daysâ¦

I use this almost every day to still get a pump when off gym days or any other time. The elastic weight ratings aren’t realistic. They have to be stretched to the limit to maybe get what they are rated for. I add a 50 and 20lbs to to get something that I feel is near a 45lbs dumbbell or cable pullThat being said the quality is good so far after 3 months of use and it is worth the money

With the amount of variations of this product I found this one to really good quality. It comes with many strengths in resistance different handles which feel comfortable to grip also a poster with many workouts on which I found very useful. It comes with a decent little bag to store all items in. Would highly recommend
