Broken
The watch worked decently to start, hard to connect charger to watch, it needs to line up perfectly, and there were delays in tracking my child. I still liked the idea of the watch. Calls and texts seem to go through without delay. It seemed to get water damage, power button stopped working, then the display powered down. Technical assistance was very helpful and got a return label for the watch to be returned and replacement sent out. They’ve received the return but I haven’t received the replacement. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. I’ve paid for a year of the cell service that I can’t use or cancel. In retrospect, I should’ve only paid for a month to make sure things would work as expected/advertised.
