This bar has multiple workouts I use it for! The resistance bands ( I use all 3) are perfect for at home workouts.

Donât agree with other reviews
This product does seem to have a lot of negative reviews, but I donât agree. It is durable, easy to use, and pretty. I wanted to find a girlier Pilates reformer dupe, and this works great. The bar is NOT flimsy. It is very sturdy and thick. So are the bands. Everything is functional. I would say that if you are 5 foot or shorter, the bar will need some work. I am 5â4 and seem to be perfect height to do squats and lunges, but do lose some resistance at the depth of my exercise. The velcro is sticky on the ankle straps and does not come off. There is also a very thick book of all kinds of exercises. Very happy!!

Best product for at home workouts
I have not touched the gym since this purchase ! I am able to do the exact same workouts as I would at the gym ! Goodbye membership ! Game changer for sure.

Nice for home PT
I ordered these to do some additional PT at home, replicating some of the exercises from the gym. The bands provide a good range of resistance for me to go through the exercises. I use the ankle straps with a band similar to using the flat bands.The bar was easy to assemble and is light. My only real “concern” is that with being so pink, it will get dirty – something you cannot tell with black items.Overall a nice kit that we both can use.

Versatile, challenging set
I am very impressed by this pilates bar kit. It provides a great amount of resistance, and there are endless exercises that can be done. I don’t like overly repetitive workouts, so that’s a big plus in my book! Great quality and value – 10/10.

Everything you need
This is a great Pilates bar set as you can target any area of the body. The set is versatile as you can use multiple resistance bands of differing weights to get exactly what you need. The bar is made of durable, yet lightweight material and the bands and carabiners are heavy duty. For the price, this is a great kit as it is everything you need. Would recommend to a friend.

Once again being short is a bummer
The product itself seems good–but if youre like me and height challenged (Im 5’3) you might need a different kit. I have it set as short as it will go and there is very little tension when doing tricep or bicep curls. I shouldve read more of the reviews before I purchased this kit. Returning the product and looking for a dfferent kit.

Height Issue but otherwise decent set for a home work out
This pilates bar by jjshund is perfect for my little work out area at home. I really like that this came with a little poster to start you off with some visual aides of certain ways to use the equipment based on what area of the body you want to work on. This was helpful to me because it can be overwhelming. The manual booklet was helpful too. I think this is geared for taller people. I’m 5′ tall and I found that I couldn’t adjust the bands to give me that resistance I was looking for. The foot loop attachment is what needs improving. If there was a way to make it more tight, I think the bands would provide that resistance I need. Being about to tighten it to my foot would also be beneficial for other exercises as I found that it didn’t feel very secure on my feet. It came with a pouch so you can take this when you travel, but I don’t know how you could fit all this in the pouch…I can barely get it all back in the box.
