ideal for workouts and daily use
The TOZO OpenEgo True Wireless Open Ear Headphones have been great so far. The open-ear design is comfortable and allows me to stay aware of my surroundings, which is great for commuting or working out. The sound quality is clear with deep bass, and they stay secure during workouts thanks to the earhooks.Battery life is excellent, lasting for long sessions, and the charging case’s digital display is convenient. Calls are clear, and while the volume could be a bit higher in noisy environments, they still offer great value for the price. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for open-ear, wireless headphones!

Tozo OpenEgo: Great open ear wireless earbuds (sound and price!!)
Here are my thoughts after owning these Tozo OpenEgo over the ear wireless earbuds for a full week of usage and testing.1. First and foremost, with these types of designs I think the fit, look and feel are paramount. I found this pair to be lightweight and comfortable. Not much adjusting needs to be done after I attached the rubber tip slip on accessories. I should note that Iâve read other reviews and some users felt these rubber slip covers were optional, however for me personally I found them to be an absolute necessity. They provide an added extra non slip wearing security I love. I often wear eyeglasses so I really need to use these rubber pads to keep them firmly in place. In my experience they work perfectly with the proper adjustment. Initially they were slipping a little on my left ear but with some adjusting of the rubber pad alignment, they now stick firmly and perfectly. I can sway my head back and forth, or up and down and they do not budge, even while wearing them with my glasses when I exercise. I wear them with light and medium eye glasses frames with zero issues of ear fatigue or slippage.2. Iâm certainly no audiophile but the sound quality to me is excellent, period. You can tell by the picture the size of the buds are larger than the average in ear buds which equates to more storage space to accommodate more technology which = GREAT sounding ð¶ music!! Also, in particular I also use my ear buds to watch/stream movies, dramas or watch sporting events from my Mac laptop to my large screen TV via HDMI. As Iâve mentioned, Iâm not an audiophile but I can vouch that to me, the soundstage effects (imaging, location, separation, etc.) is just superb! Additionally when taking into account the bargain price I paid, I think Itâs an amazing value of quality versus price.3. In the event (or unlikely event) like me, you use your devices without reading the instructions ð¹, Iâll include a pro tip to use the touch controls flawlessly. And that is, you should aim to tap the top corner of the buds (where it lights up when theyâre charged) instead of the middle of the ear buds. This provides you super responsive control over the volume increases/decreases, pause, etc. It took me a few minutes of testing (me tapping the middle of the pad with mixed results of sensitivity, duh! ðð¹) to figure this out LOL ð. Use the tip corners for the controls and youâre the winner ð¥4. Download the Tozo app to your smart phone to test out different EQâs or create your own. You will not regret it! It makes a significant improvement in your listening enjoyment! Another pro tip: although these buds only allow you to connect to one device at a time, Iâve found that if Iâm using them on my MacBook to listen to my Apple ð music ð¶ library, Iâm also able to simultaneously open the Tozo app on my iPhone and connect to my installed Tozo OpenEgo app EQâs to control, select and switch to the EQ of choice. This is super useful (and effective) when I want to select different sound features if Iâm listening to music versus streaming a drama or sports event.5. I do so love the digital read out on the charging case telling you how fully charged your case is. Not a gimmick, just super useful!6. In terms of the color, I chose white because I want my earbuds to be visible to pedestrians and drivers to alert them that Iâm wearing them (even though from a safety standpoint the open ear design allows you to hear a certain amount of ambient noise, a good thing!). Better safe than sorry!7. Battery life is amazing as they last long and they charge up fast! Iâm not the type of user who tests the actual hours. Once upon I used to, but now Iâm mostly concerned about real world every day experiences and not the numbers. What Iâm basing it on is actual usage. I tend to use them for the duration of the day and into night (and found I can virtually have them on constantly without them running out of power ð) and then of course I charge them up overnight or between uses. Running low on battery 𪫠for me has NOT been an issue ð.8. Be aware that the charging storage case has some size to it and may not fit in some pants pockets so you may have to plan to store them in a jacket pocket, purse or back pack. For me, Iâve found I can fit them in most of my jeans/pants designed with large size pockets or jogging pants with zippers (my choice) but this may not work for everyone.9. Conclusion for me is thereâs great bang for the buck. Itâs an amazing value for approx. $40. I challenge you to find another set of comparably priced open ear buds that sound as good, fit as well, and perform as flawlessly as these!

TOZO open ear headphones
Sound quality is very good when listening to music, videos, etc. Deep bass, crisp highs, I almost forgot theyâre not actually in my ear, just sitting next to them. They feel like a quality product, nice materials fit and finish as every other TOZO product Iâve had. I got black ones, they have a nice contrast of gloss black and matte soft touch finishes. The case is nice looking, matte black with chrome TOZO lettering on the lid, with a nice opening and closing feel. The case is a bit larger than Iâm used to having had several other TOZO earbuds previously(almost double what Iâm used to) but not too large overall, about 3x3in square and roughly 1.5in tall. My previous TOZO earbuds had type c charging like this one, but also had wireless charging which these do not have. I like percentage battery life display on the front of the case compared to only dots or light flashes like some other models and brands. I also like that it shows you on the case like some of the other TOZO buds the state of charge of each earbud/earphone as well as the case percentage – those are in âbattery linesâ tho, but at least you can also see those in your phone anyway so theyâre not necessary to have % displayed. If thereâs not much ambient noise I can see them getting a bit annoying for others around you because they can kinda hear it too – like a VERY quiet Bluetooth speaker.Tried using the TOZO app as mentioned in the instructions to adjust the equalizer and sound settings, but I could not notice any difference in sound. No bass changed, no treble changed, it all sounded the same to me. Used some of the presets and also manually adjusted the EQ, but nothing I could notice changed. So far the calls Iâve tried to do with just the headphones are terrible. The sound I hear is very quiet – barely audible. Not sure on their end because I kept ggettong hung up on because I couldnât hear them and they got tired of saying âyes I hear youâ, so I had to switch to phone or loudspeaker.Their fit leaves something to be desired for me, I wear glasses and have longer hair – just to my shoulders so I canât put it all in a pony tail properly. They keep getting tangled in my hair when trying to put them on and with the glasses they keep either fitting loose if the glasses are on the inside, or make my head hurt after a while because the glasses are outside of them and my head keeps getting squished. I also tried them without my glasses for a bit just to see how they fit and feel. They fit better around my ears, but again with longer hair they keep kinda being in the way. I guess thatâs just the nature of AROUND the ear headphones vs OVER the ear headphones or earbuds IN the ear. I tuck my hair behind my ears so they keep getting tangled on the hair and, like with the glasses, itâs hard to put the hair behind my ear and if I put my hair back and then the headphones then they donât quite fit right because the hair is there. It takes forever to put them on because I have to take off hat, glasses and move my hair around bunch of times and adjust the headphones like 3 times before theyâre ok. Also anytime I have to readjust my hair or glasses I keep knocking them off my ears, partly because Iâm still getting used to the earphones being there, and partly because theyâre on loosely around the ears so they get really annoying quickly if Iâm being active. I bet with short hair, or if your hair is long enough to fully keep in a pony tail, braids etc they would stay better. I understand they have to make a generic fit product, it canât just be tailored specifically to only my ears, or theyâd never sell any, and custom fit would be too complicated, expensive and time consuming.Overall they feel very light, and by themselves they feel somewhat comfortable but for me they feel very unstable like theyâre going to just fall out any second. Not too tight around the ears so they donât hurt my ears or my head, but still feel loose. I tried to use them with the silicone âbracesâ they provided(supposed to be for more active use, to help keep them in place more securely), but they feel even less secure in my ears. Because of the long hair and glasses they just donât sit where they need to be, so they donât âhookâ properly in my ears and fall out every time I turn my head quickly and itâs not very pleasant or comfortable for me.Iâve noticed when I put them in the case they sometimes still just keep playing and sound like the worldâs weakest Bluetooth speaker – which they kinda are by designâ¦if you think about it. So Iâve had to keep checking theyâre actually charging in the case, instead of in my pocket wasting battery.

Nice design and they don’t slip off like other ears phone designs
I typically purchase mid-price ($50 or less) earphones because I do misplace or lose things like this periodically, so I don’t want to spend too much. The new TOZO OpenEgos are my new go to for earbuds that are reasonable priced, very comfortable, and with wonderful sound. When in first saw them I was initially skeptical of the design but after having and using them I really like the over the ear design. When I work out or work around my house, I sweat a lot and the over the ear design keeps them from slipping off, which is a huge help when I am working out or doing things outside my house. These earbuds are very comfortable and I quickly forgot that they were actually on my ears. I fully expected the on-ear design to have too little volume and a lack of richness of the sound. I was pleasantly surprised that the sound with my iPhone 13 Pro Max is relative loud and rich too! Someone that wants really, really loud sound may be disappointed since they sit on top of the ear canal and not inside, but they are just fine for me. I have also tested the app and downloaded a few community mixer profiles which have increased the sound a bit more.

One of the ear pods stopped working after 3 months. I sent them an email, they assisted with trouble shooting and it still did not work . The manufacturer immediately apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a brand new set.Very fast and excellent service .

The earbuds were great for what they are. Superb sound. Stayed in your ear during running and working out.Yet after only 5 months. There was a massive screeching sound in my left earbud that wouldn’t go away. So for lasting not even half a year. 2 stars.

I’m really happy with the TOZO T10 Wireless Earbuds. They look great and sound even betterâclear audio with strong bass that makes everything I listen to sound awesome. They’re super comfortable too, and they stay put even during workouts, which is a big plus. The sweat-proof feature works well, and the battery life is solid, easily lasting me through long days. Pairing was quick and easy, and the Bluetooth connection is reliable. Overall, these earbuds offer amazing value for the price. Highly recommend!
