I love this EMS hips trainer! Very easy to use, it fits everybody. Itâs definitely worth it. I put it on my abs, legs & buttocks. I either work out or just lounge around the house with it on. It definitely helps my muscles and feels wonderful! I highly recommend!

I got this to help tone. I do consistently go to the gym and it helps with muscle soreness. The “shocking” feeling isn’t too bad, I wore it to work once and my coworkers could see my booty moving. It’s not a miracle worker but worth the price

Didnât last very long
I purchased this item in April2024 and 4 months later August it no longer works. (4 months come on now!) from the beginning I had a problem with the remote about once a week I would have to change the battery because it would die and the batteries are not cheap. 🙁

I love my trainer!!! It definitely needs to be worked up to slowly before you can go to the highest level!!! But it definitely helps tone the glute muscles! The remote helps too so you donât have to keep reaching back! Battery last a while as well! Definitely worth it!!

I recently purchased the EMS Hips Trainer from Amazon and I have to say, I’m really impressed with its performance. The only thing I wish it had is a longer battery time, as I find myself recharging it quite often. However, considering the great value it offers, this is a minor inconvenience. The effectiveness of the product in toning my hips makes it well worth the investment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to work on their hip muscles.

Not easy to use but does work
The gel is wearing off fast, tricky to put on, remote doesn’t have a display so a lot of guessing on settings, but it does work, there are better products but cost more so take the good with the bad.
