Menâs Probiotic, but Women Can Take It Too!
Although these probiotics are marketed towards men, women can absolutely take them too! Both my male partner and I (a female) have been using these for a few weeks now. He hasn’t noticed much of a difference, and honestly, I haven’t eitherâbut I also have no idea what I’m supposed to be looking for! Gut health is important, though, so we’ll keep taking them for a few months and see if anything changes. Iâll update this review if we notice anything significant.

Good blend of pre/probiotics; one month’s worth
Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes in a box, which usually seems to me like an unnecessary expense with redundant information on it. It comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last one month. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.Note: Be careful how hard you squeeze when taking off the lid. The first time I did it, I almost cut my finger on the ridge that goes around the bottle under the lid. This is the first supplement container I’ve ever seen a lip like this on; I’m not sure of its purpose.The “best by” date on mine is Jul 26, 2026, so a little less than 2 years from now.I can’t quite place the scent of the capsules. It is not pleasant, but not too strong. They are easy to swallow with enough water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says manufactured in the USA, no GMO, and has a GMP stamp. Their website says GMP-certified and 3rd-party tested. It also has a 60-day money-back guarantee, which is nice since Amazon does not accept returns on supplements.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle. Their physicianschoice site is functional and informative. You can even consult with an agent and use their store finder.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredients, including the lack of some of the fillers many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to, and am more impressed with the company than I thought I would be.The price may seem a little high for one month, but to be confident you’re getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Made in the USA … this fact should be stated in the headline and everywhere else. This is an excellent probiotic formula and one of the things I like most about it, is the recognition that the probiotic, the beneficial bacteria, needs to survive the stomach and the strong acids produced there… so as they can reach the intestines, where they can be properly utilized. This brand does this through the use of an acid resistant capsule. Probiotics that have no micro-encapsulation or acid resistant capsule shells, should be questioned for their efficacy, as I understand it… but this brand here, does it correctly. This product has a very high CFU (colony forming units), count, which further ensures survival of a viable amount of bacteria in the intestines. The addition of selenium is a good addition, this is one mineral that’s easy to not get enough of in a regular diet, as I understand it.This formula also has pre-biotics, which are what the probiotic bacteria, actually feed on, I understand. And with 10 diverse strains, this is a well rounded, health supporting probiotic formula. Made in the USA, as confirmed on the bottle label, but it went unmentioned in the description, or I missed it, but this fact is of paramount importance for people like me, who have read the negative stories about products made else where… made in the USA is a must for me, and this fact should be clearly stated in multiple areas of the description… normally, if I don’t see it’s made in America, explicitly, then I move on… I’m not going to wait to see what the label says once I get it, I’m going to find a brand that tells me this upfront. I’d say that the brands that don’t mention, the country of origin in the description, 99% of them, are not made in the USA. Great product.

As with any new supplement you have a few day response then the lull then the full benefit. So far this has been an excellent supplement that I will highly recommend to any man any age. Between the Pro and Pre biotics this has been an excellent choice for me and I like that the brand has a no BS approach to gut health.The price point is better than most of the others out there that come close to the same cultures and so on and in comparison to others that I have tried over the years, Doctors Choice is proving to me to be a complete gut heath choice that works.There is a lot to be said for Pro and Pre Biotics, gut health, immune system support and over all well being is something that if you are not striving for, you should be.Ok enough of the soapbox speech.Bottom line, this is an affordable way to possible make a huge difference in your life. Gut health is everything good, bad gut and everything is bad and sadly most men do not recognize that something so simple as a once a day supplement can make a huge change.No taste, very slight order that is not offensive by any means with fantastic results.I’ll give this a full 6 month trail and update this only if I find that there is a apex and the other side is lessened results.DKH
