This is awesome!
If you want an affordable and effective stepper, look no further. The resistance bands are easy to use while stepping. I began using the stepper for my DVT recovery. It works great whether you are sitting or standing.

Compact, easy to assemble, easy to use
Iâll start with the negatives:Though super easy to assemble the step counter does not work. Kind of a bummer being brand new but not a deal breaker. The pedals are angled so that your toes are higher than your heels (a reversed high heel for us gals) which isnât totally bad per se but super uncomfortable for a longer period of time. At around my 12 minute mark I turned around and finished the 20 minutes backwards, my calves were so uncomfortable the other way. Gonna have to get more calf and heel cord stretching in I suppose.I played a bit with the resistanceâ¦and Iâll have to play with it a little more. Super easy for me to get 20 minutes inâ¦.without a sweat. But I am used to stair climbing on a daily basis so I think I just need to figure out how to make the resistance stronger (yes, the yellow knob tightens but I felt like it was as tight as allowed this first go round)The resistance bands are long. I am 4â11 so I have to grab the tubing below the hand grips to get better resistance for bicep curls and shoulder presses. Again, not a deal breaker, just awkward.Itâs heavier than I had imagined. So what sold me was a YouTuber did a review on this stepper and shared how she packed it in her suitcase and traveled with itâ¦.I guess I wasnât expecting it to weigh as much as it does plus she must have only stayed away for one day because this would literally take up most of my suitcase. Maybe I should ask her what all she packed lolThe positives:This is something even my kids could useâ¦and thatâs great for when we get snowed in and they need to work off some energy. If you cross the tubing and do static holds your core really gets a workout!!! Hello abs.Though the step counter and timer do not work on the machine my fitbit kept count of steps and I just used a regular timer for my 20 minutes. Worked out real well.I wanted something mobile and small that could travel with me and this stepper meets that criteria. I could sneak away into my bedroom for an uninterrupted workout when the family is all home (we still have three kids at home and mom, thatâs me, is never allowed to do something uninterrupted if seen)Iâm kind of on the fence whether I should return it or not. Itâs my very first day of having it so Iâll see if I can make some teaks and get a better workout this week. I think itâs a great buy for those beginning to exercise. Iâd have it set up close to a wall for some support though, our eldest son nearly fell off trying to get on it.

Stepper
I got this solely on the fact that my co-worker purchased one and said she loved it. After searching different sites to include Amazon for about a week, I finally found this one for a decent price. So I purchased it. It was easy to completely put together. It only required popping on the âfeetâ and screwing in the tension rod. Super simple. I have it sitting right next to my couch so I have no excuse to not use it. Definitely recommend!

Too loud, pedal size too small
I purchased this item February 2024. The pedals barely fit for my feet size. I’m a size 8 1/2 and my feet hangs off the end. The stepper is loud no matter which resistance you change it to. I recommend to anyone not purchase unless you wear a size 7 shoe and under. Also if you like loud noise, then this will be for you. It’s a waste of money. Research and purchase something better.

Find a different stepper
First off it didn’t come with any instructions. It was easy to figure out so I let that go until the counter stopped working after 2 workouts. The counter will work, then just stop, then start up again. So you can’t really keep track of anything. It also started making a horrible popping noise so I’m just really disappointed in this product.

Hard work will pay off
I had a stepper 6 years ago and I loved it. However, the basement flooded, so I had to replace it and this stepper didnât disappoint. It works you out and I love that you donât get a lot of noise because it has a wheel instead of an air tube. You still get the counter and the little mat is an extra added bonus because it gives you a little more stability on the floor. I usually cross my arm bands for more resistance. The price was another selling point for me, it was very reasonable.
