Good replacement remote
Parents roku device came with a small remote that they kept losing track of and eventually stopped working for some reason. This is larger than the one they had and with the built in mic it makes it a little easier for them to find what they are looking for on tv also now too. This one also has a different button layout then what their older one had which they seemed to like too. Was simple enough to sink up to their roku device. All in all it works well.

We love having the voice option! My dad has a really hard time seeing and this gives him so much freedom to continue to watch what he wants without having to ask for help! Set up was fairly easy and overall the price was pretty good. I would purchase this item again!

I have a Roku box. I couldn’t get this remote to sync up to my tv doing it the way the manual said. However I went into settings on my roku home screen and went through adding a remote. It took about 30 seconds and easy to do. So now it is working fine. Secondly the remote doesn’t have the quick buttons for the channels I like (Hulu, Amazon Prime etc) So what I do is use the microphone or audio availability. I push the mic button say Hulu or whatever and the channel quickly comes up. This saves me from needing to go to the roku homepage and selecting what I want. I’m very pleased with this remote. The buttons feel great and the remote itself feels sturdy.

Roku Premiere Plus full size streaming box was originally sold with a remote lacking TV power and audio control buttons. Original remote did not have voice search. Now with this remote, Samsung TV can now be powered on and off. The volume can also be adjusted. Pairing to Premiere Plus and Samsung TV was easy.

Great remote, battery operated, inexpensive
Excellent spare remote for my Roku system. This remote is inexpensive especially compared to Apple, itâs small, functional and has all buttons.The Apple TV remote has the annoying touch panel/pad that is easy to activate with a simple slip of the hand. Not a problem with this remote which has secure buttons.It also has dedicated buttons for Netflix, Disney+ , Apple TV and Paramount+ which is another feature not found on the Apple TV remote.This remote has a durable feel yet is light weight and the buttons have a positive feel when pressed. The Apple TV remote in the photo has a yellow after market protective cover and you can see how spartan the Apple Remote is compared to the Roku remote.I donât use the voice much now but that might change as I grow accustomed to that feature.For 1/3 the cost of a replacement Apple TV remote, this Roku remote is 10 times better.

Okay replacement for the original!
The buttons on the original remote for my Roku Express became spongy, so, rather than experiment with a generic remote, I went with original equipment. This remote began working as soon as I removed the paper from the batteries and contact points. The volume and mute buttons do not function, the other buttons work, so far. I sent it back to Amazon for a replacement, which seems to work fine, the buttons, including volume and mute, work, and, all-in-all, is not a bad remote. I recommend that purchasers check the batteries, and follow the procedures for adding a new remote.
