Good fit and easy to put on
First a note. There are two but one of the two is larger. I only needed one but i did fund the larger not as useful. They are comfortable and sturdy. Stabilized side tendon which is what i needed.

I was nervous cause I went with the âcheaperâ ones but I couldnât be more satisfied. I have recently started running after the birth of my twins in March and my knees would hurt so bad I could barely jog. The took all the pain away! Definitely recommend.

The good, the bad and the needed improvements
The good: the adjustment is awesome. I find myself easily tightening and loosening it as needed. The bad: the âbarâ across the front is a gel-type material, somewhat firm, but not at all rigid. It doesnât give me the firm support my other âjumperâs braceâ by Mueller does. That said, my problem (that Iâve had for 40+ years) has gotten so bad that I need to wear a brace nearly 24/7. I reach for this one during the night when I have pain because itâs an easier, less rigid brace. So Iâm changing them out throughout the day. The rigid one becomes uncomfortable and Iâll switch to this one. Then Iâll walk a lot and start having pain again and Iâll switch from this one to the rigid one. This one is much easier to adjust than my Mueller one, although I donât love the double thickness x2 on the back of my leg. Sometimes I want it tight enough that the two straps are on top of each other on the back. Itâs a bit uncomfortable. And why does no one carry nude /flesh colored ones?! I wore a dress last night and couldnât go without a brace after sightseeing all day. The black brace was ugly. One more complaint, the white logo on a black brace?: seriously ugly. But this logo is much smaller than Muellerâs. I blacked all the logos with a black sharpie.

Simple Support for Knees
I couldn’t believe the difference these bands make in giving my bad knees the support they need on tough days! The package comes with 2 sizes of the Velcro bands and it is easy to assemble them with the holder (for lack of a better word). Bands are made to fit men or women. I don’t wear them every day, but they are great when I am struggling to put pressure on one, or both knees!

Good support, but not very comfortable
I unfortunately could not wear the bands for long because I found them to be very uncomfortable. The exposed velcro when using the extention bands are scratchy and I couldn’t handle it. I think that they could be very supportive if I wore them over clothing, but I don’t think I would like the sensory experience of that either.

They come with 2 different length straps!
I didnât realize that these came with different size straps! No need to worry if these will fit, just change the back strap to the one that works best and use the Velcro straps to tighten! Works great!
