Cathe has the best spin dvd classes by far. I am missing my gym spin classes no more with her great, tough spin class tapes. Full hour and fun format.

Ive been going to spin classes reqularly for a few years and this is a pretty difficult CD. The music isnt exactly my taste but it is fine. I expect that I will buy more Cathe Freidrich spin CDs. I recommend it.
