Great for running
Got this to use for runs >4 miles in the heat. It’s easy to hold and drink from while running and it doesn’t leak. Perfect amount of water for 10 mile runs. It doesn’t keep water cold for very long and if you do put cold water in, the condensation gets anything inside the pocket soaking wet. I usually just put room temp water in so that I can keep my phone and some tissues in the pocket. The pocket is stretchy and large enough for my iPhone 11, some gels, keys, and other small things. I do wish you could see though the bottle to see how much water is left because it’s difficult to determine the water level.

easy to use and hold
This bottle works well and is easy to hold while running. The design is well done and the extra side pouch is nice to hold a car key!

Holds 18oz liquid and big zipper compartment
I run with this thermas, fits great in my hand. I bought 2 of these and only one of them I have to press down really hard when I put on the top because the last thread don’t align smoothly and will leak. Overall I think it will loosen up and go on either ease like the other one. They do stand up when they have liquid inside of them but when empty they won’t stand on their own due to the bag attached is just heavy enough to topple the bottle over. The bottles and lids are dishwasher safe and the strap/zipper pouch is machine washable. I have done both and all is well. Also, I dont tuck my thumb under like the manufacturer picture shows, I keep mine out and its more comfortable for me. Bottle needs to be slightly squeezed to dispense the liquid which is good so it don’t leak when on its side.

Good form and function, but not at current price
I walk for fitness and toggle between Texas and Miami/Florida Keys, walking 5 to 10 miles per day (think Rickenbacker Causeway or Old Rail Bridge in the heat + humidity or West Texas in the scorching sun and dry heat). I bought this in order to have water/electrolyte solution with me without the burden of carrying a bottle or dealing with a waist pack or Camelback. This fits the bill nicely. The bottle itself fits comfortably in the hand and the strap is easy to adjust but stays put once in place. It is very easy to switch between hands while moving, as well. It holds a nice amount of fluid, which for me lasts about 5 miles before requiring a refill. Even when filling with ice cold water/Body Armor, I do notice that it hits room temperature around mile 1-2 and is flat out warm by mile 3-4. This is better than a standard Nalgene bottle, but don’t expect miracles if you’re looking for cold hydration well into your route if you’re working out in the heat.It is easy to fill from a tap or water fountain, I’ve not once had issues with leaking, and it is easy to drink from while moving. It easily holds my ancient Galaxy S9 phone, ID/credit cards, and a small SPF stick. After three months of near-daily use, the nylon/mesh bag is still going strong, with no rips, holes, or weak spots.I bought mine for around $20 and came back to get one for my daughter; however, the current $36 price tag is a bit steep. I like this well enough, but at the current price, I’d prefer that it had better insulation and be easier to wash (it is easy enough to rinse out the cavity, but a bit tricky if you need to do an actual soap-and-water wash).I’ll keep checking back for a sale.

A perfect 10
The last one I purchased lasted 10 years and about 20,000 miles of running/hiking/climbing. Fill it, chunk it in the freezer and you have cold water for an hour and a half at least in the blazing sun. Double insulated, very durable. It’s my go to running companion. Fits to your hand like a glove with a nice zippered pouch to put keys, cash, wallet in. Lightweight too. I expect to get a lot of years and a lot of miles out of this new one I ordered. Luv this quick draw flask.

Love the insulated bottle
I have an old Nathan handheld that isn’t insulated. Bought this one for my son. Didn’t realize it was insulated till it got here. Huge upgrade over my non-insulated Nathan handheld, and the bottle is also softer making it easier to get fluids out. Great handheld bottle for running.

I have had these type of units for years. it is still a good unit, however this in the speed draw top leaks quite a bit. I am using a lid from an older purchase.
Joe Biden –
Exceeds my expectation. Definitely knocked like 15 seconds off my split time
Amazon Customer –
Really good quality perfect for long runs
Andrew McKeever –
The bottle is too small for any runs longer than 10km. I also think the strap and bottle itself could be lighter, making it nicer to hold. Honestly better off buying a soft flask and just holding it.

Not the colour i thought i opted for but so far so good. Havent taken it put yet but the pouch is big enough for my phone (galaxy A51) inhaler and car key. Easy to tighten compare to my smaller nathan, which is velcro. And easy to take out of casing for cleaning.
