Perfect after knee replacement
Great for knee replacement recovery, but I’ll keep using it afterwards because it’s well built and multifunctional. The color is pretty and cheerful! The fabric doesn’t stretch, which is good. It’s plenty long enough if you’re tall, and enough room to slot larger or smaller feet.

Needless to say, this strap is handy for exercises after Knee Replacements, and it’s a STATIC Strap (doesn’t stretch). I don’t need the stretch component, so this is fit for my needs. Sturdy, has enough space to put over my foot easily, and I can grab and move according to the exercise.All in all, it is economical and I’ve also used it for doing the same exercises in the Pool (Aquatherapy), and it has lasted even with chlorine exposure (I rinse it out in the shower as I shower after exercising).So far, so good. No problems with any part of the strap itself.

I use this for calf stretches because I have plantar fasciitis. It helps better than the elastic band because there are handles to hold onto. There are many more different stretches you can use it for. The price is great too.

I bought this upon the recommendation of my physical therapist to help stretch my hamstrings and it works perfectly. For one stretch the loop goes over my foot to my ankle then the other stretch it just goes over my foot. The loops go all the way up to use it at various lengths and it’s made of a very sturdy non-stretchable cloth that will last for years.
