    Migraine record book
    Very in-depth. May give you a headache just looking at it. So I ignored the parts I did not want to do and focused on the parts I could do. If you do all it ask you to do it might be very overwhelming. But I would buy it again.

    Great gift for a nurse!
    Purchased this for a nurse friend who has chronic migraines. She said she loves it and it’s really detailed. I might buy one for myself since I suffer with migraines too. It’s a really sturdy book and the pages are thick. It doesn’t feel flimsy and it’s big enough to write in. I would buy it again!

    It is a good book but it need more options on prodrome and postdrome. It’s very important to recognize the warning signs.

    Love this!
    I have been using my journal since May 2023 to log every migraine. I have learned a lot about myself, my triggers, what works and what doesn’t. And my neurologist was pretty impressed!

    The BEST migraine journal out there!!
    If your neurologist wants you to keep a journal THIS is it!! It asks questions you didn’t know you needed to answer. I HIGHLY recommend!! Buy one for your friend!!! They’ll thank you for it!

    Very helpful journals.
    This review is for the 6 month journal. I have both the smaller 60 day journal and this larger one. I honestly prefer the layout of the smaller journal and its size. I believe both journals have the same content & items to record. The larger one has one page for each day, where the smaller journal is split across two facing pages.
