Excellent drone for the price and specs
I bought this for Christmas for my husband and son to use together and they really loved it. We had seen the DJI Mavic mini in action at a friendâs home and liked it, so I searched for it only to find out it was very expensive. So I Searched by spec and found this Syma drone with very comparable specs at a great price and with the case, spare parts and 2 batteries and I was thrilled. In previous years I had purchased Syma mini RC helicopters for them and they were really good. Both my husband and son loved the drone. They are both beginners and were able to easily set it up and start flying on Christmas day. I must say this thing is lots of fun to fly and watch on your phone. It records really high quality video and pictures. The return to home feature is great and very handy. It is also very stable for such a little drone. The battery life is as described. It is awesome to have two batteries.However two days ago, while flying, a strong wind gust came suddenly and the drone got caught on a palm tree at a neighborâs backyard. We couldnât retrieve it without entering our neighborâs backyard and so we asked them to be allowed through the back to get it and that is when we discovered we had a Grinch for a neighbor cause she absolutely refused to let my husband and son go and get the drone. We are all are disappointed and sad at the loss. So the fun lasted just a few days. Maybe next year…

A fun challenge! Remote connects with smart phone to fly drone.
This product is a fun challenge! Itâs not something you can just turn on and fly. You need to read the manual. You will need to download an app and connect your phone to the droneâs WiFi. Then, you will need to calibrate the drone. It has step by step directions and some pictures but the manual definitely fills in the blanks. We had some trouble getting our drone to calibrate. I got impatient and skipped it. The drone flew but was not balanced and, ultimately, it crashed. Expect to crash a few times while you are learning to control it. I would suggest trying it in a big, open grassy area. That way it will be less likely to break, hit someone or get lost. I started it too close to the pavilion where my family was sitting and watching. I ended up hitting my husband. He sustained a scratch. He was yelling âpush the same button as you pushed to start flyingâ… I failed to do so. Watching that footage is very enjoyable (not because I hurt my husband but the angles are interesting). The first time he tried to fly the drone he was in the street in front of our house. He ended up crashing it into our side neighborâs open garage. It was pretty unexpected and very funny. One thing I really enjoy is the video feature. You can push the record button at anytime and then get to review your flight footage. It toggles between still photos and video. I have not used the still photos much. The pictures Iâm uploading are screenshots from video footage the drone took. Iâm looking forward to getting better at flying our drone and taking some cool aerial pictures.This came with 2 rechargeable batteries, a USB cord, remote, drone with removable propellers, nice storage case, manual, screw driver.

Works, but camera stopped moving 3 days and in 5 days front B Motor not working 🙁
Update update: customer service offered to send me a new motor or return for refund. Not a great solution took the new motor option never arrived. Today is Jan 14 2023.Buyer bewareUpdate: Day 5 December 24, 2022 now this morning the Front B Motor has stopped turning on and working so now i have a paperweight, very disappointed and upset over this drone not even lasting 1 week and maybe total flight time is 6-7 hoursI love the Drones look and build and ease of operation, I have had for few days now, only issue is the camera for front stopped working in its rotation up and down and is stuck looking down now. The drone is pretty well built and soft touch, it seems controls nicely, only wish camera had not gone out so soon. Overall very happy though original intent was for photography but since camera went out and is stuck down and will not move any more, we have to look to another brand or type for our photos and videos, was so excited though for this as was in budget.
