Snug and works well
This product works very well for my two-year-old. But for my 13 month old, she will need to get a little bigger before we can comfortably put the neck pillow on her. I felt very confident in their airway, being open and not obstructed or limited in any way.It probably won’t work once they are out of the car seats that have the side impact things for the head. But hopefully they won’t need them then!

Cute design, offers some support, but not as much as I’d have liked
We wanted some neck support for our baby while in our hiking carrier so her head isn’t jostled quite so much and I found this one. We’ve used it and I will say it does absolutely help keep her neck more supported (I should add that our 5 month old has a really strong neck and great head control as it is). My one drawback is that the piece that goes around the back of the neck is very flimsy. The side pieces that go across chest and shoulders offers more support, but not the piece in back which is what I was most looking for in a support pillow. The patterns are super cute, it looks like it’s very easy to clean/machine washable, and the design seems good except that one aspect. We’ll keep it and continue to use it, but may also look for a different one as well.

No stability or head support AT ALL!!
The pillow is made of nylon and is very slippery. Every time my granddaughter moved her head it moved. I am not sure what the thickness of the ends were previously, but if these were thicker than before they must have been SUPER thin. Maybe if it had a way to close the two sides it may have worked, but this offered no support for her AT ALL!
