Worked perfect, bright, and include a nice long cord. I zip tied them to the tree branches so the wind wouldn’t take them. So far so good. Leave the zip ties lose so you have plenty of room to snip them without cutting the wire once the season is over.

Got these for Christmas. Didn’t try them outside. They product was quality, lasted while plugged in constantly and looked wonderful. They always have a meteor effect, you can’t have them just lit up and still.

They don’t hang straight down unless you take some considerable effort to position them ‘just so’ – the wires are very thin which makes hanging them relatively easy, but at the cap of each light the wires don’t have much room to flex, so they’ll end up hanging at all sorts of angles more or less down.To get the perfect 90 degree downward look from the images you’ll probably need to attach a weight to them somehow.And there was no remote control with this item – it’s either on or off.Beyond that, they’ve worked quite well this first season.

A few things important to know before you buy.
First they aren’t 16.5 feet long, that is including the long power cord. I didn’t measure but I will say they are around 10 feet. I bought 4 and I ended up buying 6 more. The other issue You can only connect 3 maybe 4 in a string otherwise you loose the blue color.We like the lights but be aware that if you are running them across the front of your house like we did, we needed to run half from one side on one cord and the other half from the other side of the house.They are cool!
