I can do dips and pullups on it and the Attached bench is great for dumbbell work! For the price it’s a solid deal to get all that, but that said, the rubber grips on the pullups section do spin a bit when hanging on them which impact the ability to do pullups, I augment with gloves and placing hands on metal sections rather than the red rubber grip.Otherwise I’m happy with the tower, it does wobble at times but as long as you aren’t kipping on your pullups it shouldnt impact you with wobbling
