very nice
these are very nice. Thick and insulated. They felt comfortable and had a nice stretch so mobility was not an issue. I would buy these again, however, I returned them simply because I ordered 2 variety and the others won simply because they were much thinner and I don’t really need all the insulation these have. I also liked the look of the others and it was nothing against this brand just a personal preference. I needed something to keep my legs warm for winter hiking. If I were going to be skiing or playing in the snow with the grandkids I likely would have chose these. There is nothing wrong with this product and they are very nice it was simply a personal preference for MY needs.

Title Nine Quality at half the price
These pants are sensational. I live in Coastal Maine where temps this week were in the teens and WINDY. I didn’t have to put leggings on underneath and was completely warm, even with the wind whipping from the ocean. I am a 5 foot 7 inch pear-shaped 133 pounds with 30 inch waist and hips around 39 inches. I originally ordered a size 10 and when I held them up I immediately knew they were wayy too big. The size 8 is just ideal. Fabric isn’t stiff. Immediately ordered a different color.

Perfect!
I just received these snow pants yesterday, so I have not tried them out in the snow yet, but the fit is really good. I ordered a large, and I would estimate the size to be around a woman’s 8/10. I’m 5’7 and the length is perfect (probably 29 or 30″). I find the rise to be a bit long, but I’ll deal with that. I could fit a pair of thermals/long underwear underneath but nothing bulky. They are a bit slimmer near the ankles, so I’m not sure if they will fit in or over my snow boots . I’m fine with that though…not into the wide-legged snow pants. The material feels like a cross between a nylon ski jacket and fabric. They don’t “whistle” as much when you walk. LOL. They also seem very warm. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have not tried them in the snow yet. Will update when I do.

Great for trekking in snow & hiking
I wore these pants on a long (think 16 hour) hike up a mountain and they did not disappoint.Pockets: There are so many and I loved the zipper pouches for items like my phone.Comfort: 16 hours hiking in these and they were comfortable the whole way. Theyâre fabric inside and very cozy. I wore leggings under them which may have helped. They kept me warm without overheating from the layers. And theyâre surprisingly lightweight and thin so you donât feel restricted.Water resistance: They hold up great in snow. I was potholing a LOT and they kept up. I didnât get any snow in my pants despite how many times I fell through 2-3 feet of snow. I did get snow in my shoes even though these covered the tops.Durability: There is extra padding in the knee that helps against impact of falls. I was on my knees a lot trying to get out of holes and I didnât feel any discomfort.

Amazing Pants
Loved all of it! The fabric, the kneeâs reinforcement, the fit is true-to-size, I am 5â5â, 120lbs, and always wear XS. I was concerned about being too small, but they fit perfectly for a very inexpensive price! Will order more colors for sure. Theyâre high raised so I think they will keep the snow out of my bum for sure .. will update on warming later

Wide legs and bright white
These pants seem really warm, and they’re very comfortable. Unfortunately the white color is too much of a “blue” white for me, I’d prefer a true white or even creamy off white to this. Also the legs are a little wide at the ankles. I’m sure it’s intended for wearing with boots, but I was looking for a skinnier ankle as shown in the pictures.Rating is based on appearance and fit only, not based on function.

Nice fit, but not fully waterproof
Love these winter pants! I’m 5’8 135 lbs and I usually wear a 4-6 pants. A size small fit perfectly- fitted high waist, stretchy in the hips and knees, and long enough to cover the tops of my feet. I have trouble finding snowpants because my hips are a little wide, and most other pants don’t stretch. They definitely fit true to size, if you size by your measurements. For reference: my waist is a 27-28″ and my hips are 39″.These pants are very warm and tuck nicely into ski/snow boots. I was able to wear them with a base layer and go skiing when the temperature was in the teens. The only downside for these pants is that they are not fully waterproof. I would call them water resistant. Fine if you’re going to ski, as long as you don’t plan on sitting in the snow.

Too good to be true…
Disappointed, but honestly I ordered them against better judgement. I had seen reviews about shoddy quality, and ultimately they were right. I can’t speak to the material or warmth rating. But, I tried them on for the first time, they fit pretty well and I like the color — though the maroon is a little more red than shown. I went to wear them a second time, and the clasp POPPED OFF. Picture above. It looks like the cheapest way to secure a fastener. Not even any glue, which hey, that’s cheap but would make it last a little longer perhaps. It just seems to have been pressed together. Pointless. The other side of the fastener, the “female” side, seems to be actually attached in a meaningful way. But it obviously seems the manufacturers skimp and cut corners. Will return immediately.
