I love this conditioner! It costs a little more than other brands but itâs worth it. It has the perfect amount of moisturizer so it never leaves my looking or feeling greasy, it makes my hair soft, it smells great, itâs cruelty free, paraben free, sulfate free and itâs made in the USA. The one thing that could use improvement is the lid but thatâs more about the packaging than the actual conditioner.. The conditioner is thicker than most and squeezing the bottle to get it out of the little hole in the side of the lid can be difficult when the bottle isnât full. Unscrewing the lid solves the problem, though. I highly recommend this conditioner and the Ouai Shampoo for thick hair.

love this conditioner so much. Thick formula but doesn’t weigh down my baby fine hair at all. Leaves my hair feeling hydrated, clean and helps tame the frizz from the humidity. After my shower, no tangles. Easy to comb through. It smells amazing too. Definitely recommend!

I bought this in conjunction with the Ouai Detox Shampoo. They did not offer a travel size, which I got for the shampoo (I like to try the product before I splurge on pricier products) so I was skeptical.Well, I actually love the conditioner, and am unsure about the Detox shampoo! I am glad I got the large bottle!I have fine strand hair, but it is very thick in the amount and volume. That makes my hair a beast to tame. My hair is easily frizzy, but also easily weighed down and dulled by moisturizing/hydrating products. Iâve been looking for the perfect shampoo/conditioner combo for years. Iâm so excited to say I finally found the conditioner!The conditioner immediately helped ease my frizz and dry, broken ends. It even is helping my hair frizz stay controlled during this hot, extremely humid summer. The lengths of my hair feel so much softer. The product is pricey, but the size and amount you get really makes up for it. A little goes a long way!My hair was weighed down and over moisturized by the detox shampoo, but I could tell this conditioner did itâs job. I will use again with a different shampoo. I may try the Ouai Fine Shampoo to go with this.So far great product!

I love the way this conditioner makes my hair feel. It feels clean, soft, it’s manageable. However, the smell isn’t bad…but it’s not good. Kinda smells like dog shampoo. I use this with the ouai detox shampoo…which smells great and works wonders

After years of use I’m moving on…
I’ve used QUAI shampoo and conditioner and many of their other products for years, but mainly, I’ve been switching and trying out their various conditioners, hoping I’ll find one I like. I love the quality and clean ingredients, which is why I keep repurchasing, but lately, I’m also finding it harder to get my very long hair squeaky clean. I’m currently using the Thick shampoo & conditioner, and for some reason, my scalp always feels greasy. I will do a deep clarifying shampoo/rinse between washes to see if that helps.My real frustration lies with their line of conditioners. When applied, OUAI Thick smells unpleasingly strong and very perfumey. Don’t get me wrong; I love scented conditioners that make your hair smell amazing and have staying power, but to me, QUAI conditioners smell like a cheap knockoff (old lady) perfume, and they definitely don’t make me smile when using them. Their shampoos and other products smell good, so I don’t know what’s going on with their conditioners. It doesn’t fit with their line; IMO their conditioners have an unpleasant synthetic smell.Secondly, the conditioner applicators are awful. I have to remove the top completely, and I tap the container against my hand like I’m trying to get the last bit of ketchup out. They need to figure out a different design for the top or sell the conditioner in a tub style once the scent issue has been fixed.I doubt I’ll repurchase, but I may revisit if improvements are made. Right now, there are just too many negatives, and for a higher-end conditioner, I expect better.

My daughter and I have been using this for about a month and it’s the best conditioner for us. I have wavy hair and she has curly hair and it works equally good for us both. The smell is amazing as well.

I love how this conditioner makes my hair feel – honestly the type of conditioner that makes your hair feel so soft you canât tell if youâve rinsed all of the conditioner out. That being said – if you have acne prone skin (face or body) be warned that this might cause breakouts as it has for me.Iâm also a person that only washes my hair 2-3 times a week, sometimes only once depending, and this shampoo and conditioner does not hold up to the longevity test, my hair is super heavy and greasy feeling by the end of day two which is super fast for my hair.
