Great food saver bags, great price
Iâve ordered and re-ordered these bags several times now since getting my food vacuum sealer, a Weston unit. Iâve used and have on hand pint, quart, and gallon sizes and all work well in the Weston. The pint bags especially work for us for individual hamburgers. We grill burgers from a frozen state to ensure a nice grilled outside while still being pinkish on the inside for flavor and texture. Weâve sealed and frozen a lot of different foods from proteins to veggies, cheeses, cookie and bread doughs, and so on. These bags have never once leaked in several years of using them, freezer burn has been eliminated, and food texture and taste well-preserved.Also, the vendor, FoodVacBags, of these has always been on top of the order notifying of any stock out or delivery delays we might expect. Even better, thatâs only happened once during a major East Coast storm.These pint bags are sealed on 3 sides, one side is clear and the other textured, you can write anywhere on the bag with a sharpie marker, and they resist punctures from bones and sharp edges of your food very well even under the strong vacuum created by the Weston. Excellent product, well serviced.

Perfect for Smaller Amounts
I was so happy to find a pint size Food Vac bag. These babies do not disappoint. The bag is study and slightly thicker than those made for “Food Saver”. They sealed quite nicely using my Food Saver (several reviews of the more commercial versions cautioned that too thick bags do not always work in every food sealer)I was looking for a brand that was sturdy, and these most certainly are!The value for your money is great. Having a pint sized version saves time as well. Don’t have to make my own using bags from a roll, cutting them and resealing.I also purchased their Quart sized bags, and they work very nicely too.

Quality item for a great price
Buy these instead of the name brand… they are 99.5% as good. While the name brand does last longer and hold the air out a little itsy faction bit more they are almost 3Xs the cost. I’ve been using these for years and have never been disappointed. I used them for raw & cooked meats/proteins, sauces, soups, fresh made dough, just about anything. Items will stay fresh for up to a year, sometimes longer. FoodVac keeps the different items in stock and they ship WICKED fast – (which is a speed you can only experienced in Massachusetts) DON’T waste your hard earned money on the brand name. Get these NOW…!

We prefer these over rolls
We prefer the pre cut bags over rolls because making the bags yourself takes way too much time when your knee deep in raw meat. This is not much more expensive to buy the pre cut bags and is great to stock up on a sale. I would definitely recommend these over the branded food saver bags.

Best Bang for the Buck Around
These bags are the best bargain around! They were recommended to me by a friend, so I tried them, and was not disappointed. Foodsaver bags can get a bit pricey, but I was a little concerned about the quality of a cheaper brand, so I figured I could use them on food where an air leak was not a big deal if they turned out to be inferior. Well, These bags rock! They are just as sturdy, just as thick, and vacuum out just as easily! They come in a poly bag that is sturdy enough to store them in, I don’t have to worry about trying to store them neatly. But at the rate I am using them, that probably wouldn’t be a problem.So far I have ordered the gallon, quart and now the pint size. I like the pint size so I can freeze individual servings of meat. I live alone, but I also don’t have access to a store that is close by, so I buy good meats in bulk and freeze them. I also have relatives who give me treats of venison, so I pack that is single portions, and as “payment”, bake homemade bread for those relatives, which I will pre-freeze and then vacuum seal in the gallon bags for when I see them again.This last shipment came a little more slowly, but that might be Amazon’s fault, as I was ordering other items that they might have been waiting for to come in, so I can’t really fault the company for that. I will certainly buy again.

good bags
These bags are so inexpensive and the work well. I don’t know if they keep their seal because I have just used them for a few days. They do not have a specific place to record the date or the description, but my I could record this data any where front, and it worked just fine. The seal is strong and tight and they are the right size and work well with my Food Saver. I will reorder other sizes from them when I need more bags.

Love these food storage bags!
I love these bags! When there is food left over from dinner, I don’t want to eat the same thing every night in for 3 nights. So I store all my leftovers in the bags. I put just one portion in, and found that they were equally as well for soups and stews, casseroles, pizza, and meat. I label each bag with a marking pen and then freeze them. Right now, I’m have about 20 meals in my freezer. Having them clearly labeled helps. Is a terrific way to save money and get food prepared exactly as you like. I’ll be ordering more soon.
