Even I can use it, even with carrots
This review is for good cook quartering tool in green.Knives thrown like a clown juggler…with no one catching them … my Absence Seizures mean I randomly throw things into the air…which makes using knives a pretty iffy activity ðð¬But this is one tool which is helping me perform meal time prep work again. If it bonks me on the head I should be okay.I’m not sure what’s so fun to use about this, but it is. I’ve quartered baby cucumbers, baby carrots, strawberries, grape tomatoes, brussel sprouts and grapes. All with surprising ease. I just keep going and going. So far it’s handled multiple bags of baby carrots. So… durable. Thick plastic, not flimsy. The blades haven’t rusted.Medium easy to clean. For the most part I just rinse it frequently under the faucet. I do occasionally have to get in there with a brush, and it takes a few moments. To clean it I take off the outer sleeve and rinse everything under the water faucet. Sometimes I get a small brush in there to help things that are stuck. Lightweight but sturdy.I use it to help make things smaller. Chewing is painful for me so this helps.I also use it to make presentation fruit and vegetable trays for company and for roasting and stir frying.Sometimes the bigger strawberries I kind of have to push it gently in there or go ahead and cut in half. Carrots I do push gently down, from the top of the carrot, onto the blades, just enough to hold it into place while I place the pushing tool… LOL sorry I don’t have names…Cute.Mine came in two different and pleasant shades of green. Neither too bright nor too neutral. If you really stick your fingers in there while cleaning you could potentially cut yourself but I haven’t yet so that says something. So I would call it as safe as a cutting instrument can be. But it is still a sharp cutting instrument!I feel like it’s giving me a very good value so far. One of the better values lately. It’s not at all flimsy but thick material. It does the one thing so it’s not terribly versatile… but as I said it does go from vegetables to fruit, so I guess that’s some versatility. I personally like something that does one thing and does it well. This is that.I tried to provide a well narrated but poorly directed video. If you have questions that might have answered them. But Amazon kept saying you can only upload one video Even though there was only one video. Got me.

It works as intended!
It works so much easier and faster than using a knife to cut strawberries in 4 pieces. If you’re short on time or your hands ache, this helps you quarter a quart of berries in no time. Keeps your hands cleaner, too! A safer way to have children help you out in the kitchen. It’s very simple and very efficient!

Great gadget
Super gadget. Easy to use. Cuts both fruits and vegetables. You will need to cut things like zucchini, squash, and cucumber, for example, into smaller pieces to fit in the tool. Very handy. Will use a lot I think.

Why didn’t I get this sooner?!?
I started buying the large bags of carrots at Costco instead of baby carrots, and had been using a knife to tediously cut up carrots, while trying not to cut my finger off. Enter this product – makes slicing carrots a breeze and speeds it up tremendously. I have also used this on strawberries, brussels sprouts and cucumbers and it is super handy. The downside is that two of the tabs on the cap that fits on the top has already broken off, so the cap doesn’t stay on anymore; however, it is not necessary for the product to work. Otherwise, a very great buy and makes chopping veggies for kids lunches much safer.

Very useful veggie and fruit cutter!!
Ever since we got this, it has been used quite frequently!! We have two young kids at home (5 and 3 year old) and by using this fruit/veggie cutter we have increased their fruit and veggie intake! We would give them fruits/veggies to cut and they would cut and eat them! It is very easy to cut as our kids can do it by themselves (with adult supervision). It cuts small cucumbers with ease. It is also very easy to clean!

Perfect for grape cutting
Makes cutting grapes and strawberries so much quicker! If you set it on the cutting board it makes the process much quicker instead of trying to hold it up.

Broke on the first use
The first use it broke while trying to cut raw carrots. Everything else it cuts through great!

Yo lo compre para partir uvas y me encantó, es fácil de usar y cumple con su propósito. También la calidad del plástico se ve de buena calidad.

My kiddo eats a LOT of fruit, and this thing is amazing. My husband even jokes about my gadget collection, but this one is his favourite. Easily cuts up grapes, strawberries, blueberries… Great product, durable, easy to clean.

I’ve tried a few of these cutters/quarterers and this one is absolutely fantastic. Hands down, the best

I hate the colour. why do they make kitchen gadgets green why??? But everything else is amazing. Listen there is no other purpose for this besides cutting chocking hazard foods for kids( except maybe cutting cherry tomatoes for a salad) But FOR that purpose itâs an indispensable tool. So many kitchen gadgets save an inconsequential amount of time and effort. This halves the time of cutting grapes, strawberries, carrots, blueberries, cherry tomatoes and cucumber. As far as effort? Probably a quarter of the effort of tediously cutting those foods. Anyone who has quartered grapes for multiple toddlers knows where of I speak! How did I live without this? This should be on baby registrations for real

Itâs bulky but it does what I want it to do. Works for small things like cherry tomatoes and grapes too
