Tastes Great
I haven’t had sugar for over 5 years so my review might be off for someone who is just giving it up. I really like the ChocZero Marshmallows. They have a consistency that is close to regular marshmallows. The price might seem a little high, but it is actually quite reasonable when compared to other sugar free marshmallows. My favorite way to eat them is toasting them on my gas stove. They don’t brown or puff up like their sugared counterparts but they have a nice little crust you can pull off. At 50 calories for a serving size of 6, they really scratch that itch for a little bit of sweet. I generally follow a sugar free, low carb diet but I no longer measure my carbs so if you are super strict, double check. Also, I know some people still have blood sugar spikes with sugar free products, I have not checked mine to see if I’ve had one. I’ve had good luck with almost all ChocZero products and really like these marshmallows!

A little pricey but worth it.
Where I’m from a 10 oz. bag of marshmallows cost a little over a dollar. These bad boys cost $9! Even being the cheapskate that I am, I decided to buy these because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of making my own sugar free marshmallows. I wasn’t disappointed. They don’t taste exactly like regular marshmallows but they are good in my opinion. They melt just like regular marshmallows and you can use them the way you would use normal marshmallows. The best thing about these marshmallows are that they bake really well. Regular marshmallows dissolve during baking but I was able to add the Choc Zero marshmallows in my cookie recipe and they got nicely toasted and gooey. Really delicious! Also these marshmallows are packed with fiber. Highly recommended for anyone trying to cut back on the sugar and can afford to splurge on a $9 bag of sugar free marshmallows. Will definitely buy again.

Yes, yes, and maybe
The marshmallows themselves are a bit smaller than your typical store bought. They are a little different in texture, but not to the point of diminishing it’s enjoyment. They do burn a bit different than regular marshmallows, as they’re more prone to burning if you’re not careful. They’re a bit chewier too, but again not a complaint just an acknowledgement. The biggest downfall is the price. I know Monk fruit is rather expensive and the process is probably more in depth than conventional mallows, but it’s still a bitter pill to swallow. They are a healthy alternative and have a lot of fiber which can be good or bad depending on your health issues. The flavor is just as good as regular mallows, but there’s a nuance. I would say reg are sweeter, but in an overpowering way and these are just right to me. If they were closer to $5 I could forgive price, but you’re paying almost 8 times more for the same amount. So affordability goes in the tank this round. Are they good yes, are they healthier yes, but are they worth it? Maybe.P. S. Grab a butane torch so you can smore all year round. Not necessarily this one I showcased in pictures, but whichever you vibe with. It can even be used to get the charcoal grill going ð ð ð

Delicious
I thought these would be fun to try in a sugar free cocoa mix. I am a fan of mini marshmallows, and these freeze dried little rascals are a delight. The reviews in general are very good, and I trust Amazon reviewers more than almost anyone. I opened these immediately and tasted one. The texture is fun and the flavor is good. These will be perfect in the cocoa mix and baking. Iâm looking forward to chilly fall and winter evenings even more. Yeah, Iâm one of those people who actually like bundling up, brisk winds and cold, snowy days. As long as itâs not a lot of snow! There can be too much snow, but there can never be too many marshmallows, as long as itâs these. So far Iâve been annd only eaten three. I take low carb seriously, and I like this brand for treats. Like marshmallows. These are just sweet enough. Iâm a fan.

Even better than full-sugar marshmallows
As a foodie who loves to eat, my world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes with no prior diabetic condition. My sweet tooth cravings were difficult to manage until I discovered ChocZero and their amazing line of normal tasting, delicious sweet foods that didnât have any weird sugar-free flavors or aftertastes.Besides their delicious chocolates, caramels, and âOreo cookies,â their marshmallows are also fantastic. I normally donât even like eating full-sugar regular marshmallows unless they are roasted and caramelized over an open flame but these sugar-free marshmallows are delicious right out of the bag with barely any net carbs or sugar with clean ingredients. They make a great little snack to curb my sweet tooth with none of the guilt from eating something I know I shouldnât be.Normally full-sugar marshmallows are very soft, have a strange powder over them, are too sweet, and arenât great for snacking. These ChocZero marshmallows are soft with a little chew, have no unpalatable powders covering them, have the perfect amount of sweetness, and a delicious vanilla flavor. Thereâs no weird sugar-free aftertaste at all.Iâd eat these ChocZero marshmallows over full sugar ones any day! Iâm so happy I found these.
