Do not buy unless you are very tech savvy.
I was so excited about this product. I wanted to get it for my kids so they could play all the old games. But the device didnt work out of the box. First off it would charge. Then it wouldnt power on. Now it cant seem to get past the load screen. If you go online looking for advice, you will find that basically everyone who buys one of these devices has to either download new firmware and put it on a new sd card (which means downloading a giant 48g file from a Chinese manufacturer… what could go wrong!? A lot. I have a feeling these devices might be a sneaky way to get some malware on your computer. I would just get a Nintendo switch. It will give you far fewer headaches.

I wanted to love it
I LOVE this thing. I was playing Pokemon and it was so nostalgic and fun. The concept of it is great if youâre into retro games. I told alot of people and they went and ordered it for themselves or their kidsBut recently itâs been acting a little funky. I played with it and turned it off when I was done. I went to turn it on and it didnât turn on. I restarted it literally 5 times. I mean left it for over a minute before I restarted it again and it just stays on the âAnbernicâ screen. But eventually it turned on, I was super excited !So I played with it and was scared to turn it off but I did because the standby drains tf outta of the battery. So today I went to turn it on and it is not moving from the Anbernic screen. Iâm so sad I have to return this. It was fun while it lasted â¹ï¸â¹ï¸

Better than my childhood gameboy
Itâs impressive to see how much tech they can fit in such a small device these days. Iâve had this for about a week now and havenât broke the surface of just how many games are on this thing. The graphics have been impressive and the unit feels solid and responsive in my hands. Pretty good price for everything you get here as well. Pokémon red has been my favorite game so far.

The RG35XX Plus Retro Handheld Game started okay but quickly became a disappointment. The system runs slow, with noticeable lag during gameplay. It eventually stopped working altogether, freezing and becoming unresponsive. Not worth the investment.

My daughter has enjoyed this game for the past 7 months. I would definitely buy it for a child just getting into gaming. Many options to add more games and it comes with a lot installed too!

Wouldn’t go past boot screen
The thing has great build quality but it wouldn’t do anything past the boot screen, was just stuck on the boot screen. It’s a very lengthy process and requires alot of computer knowledge to fix.
