Didnt work
I’ve tried several different brands of magnesium glycenate and this was by far the most ineffective. Night sweats, cramps, and moodiness all came back for 3 of the 4 weeks I used to this bottle. Hope it works for others, but definitely didn’t help me.

The taste of the magnesium is light but it still has a good flavor! I had my husband try it and he liked it as well! I feel relaxed and calm after taking this before bed. I always feel like I get such good sleep when I take this!
