A good gift.
I have a friend that loves legos. He requested this for his birthday and built it immediately! Itâs super cute in person and looks nice to the eye. I love how the ears move.

LEGO set Captures Tuxedo Cat Purrfectly
My daughter has two tuxedo cats. I gave her this set for her birthday in June. Her cat watched her build it. When it was finished she set it on the floor and Jakob was instantly jealous of the LEGO brick cat! Revere, who still lives with me, hasn’t seen it yet. My daughter was happy with this set. I have to agree with other reviewers that the item shipped in the box it’s packaged in and it arrived looking handling-abused and taped closed, however all the various packets of pieces were intact with the instruction book. It didn’t make a pretty gift, but this review is for the product, not the unfortunate shipping method. 1 to 2 day build, clear instructions, fun. Not too difficult. LEGO is pricey but quality is worth it.

Friggin’ Sweet!!!
Awesome, worth every pennny. My kids might have to count on scholarships, but this thing is AWESOME!!! oh yeah, I am a 48 year-old man. It took my wife an I about 12 hours together. Neither of us had played with Lego (yes I hate that too), since childhood. We don’t have actually have children so we never get to play with stuff like this. I don’t really know how to rate legos. The motion stuff works, enough pieces, two different eye colors depending on the flavor of tuxedo cat you want. Everybody knows what this looks like assembled, so just including a picture of my tuxedo cat, Mr. peanut.

First time Lego builder…be patient
This is the first time in my entire 68 years that I attached one lego brick to another! It was a little overwhelming…a pile of part packs and no words in the instruction manual just pictures. Taking one pack at a time, separating the parts on a tray, downloading the Lego builder app, and I was fine. One piece was missing, Lego has an easy on line process to get a free replacement part mailed out. It was pretty easy to build, the head, tail and front feet move. The builder can choose an open or closed mouth and eye color. Very happy with the result!

The box came with crushed corners and looked worn. Scorched taped closed. I did not even open it because how could a grandma tell if little pieces were missing? I was disappointed at how it was shipped and left at my door, the box showing exactly what was in it. ð I ordered another one directly from Lego. It was exactly the same amount plus I received a bonus Lego set which was substantial. It was in a brand new box, packed in a shipping box with plenty of protection. Lego direct from now on.

Fun Lego Build
I usually build cars, plants, or some kind of NASA thing, but I really enjoyed building this cat. It seemed like it would be kind of boring, but it wasn’t. 20 bags! But they go pretty fast. Probably took me 4 hours, maybe a bit more. I lose track of time when I’m doing Lego. The cat has a fun surprise that makes it even more useful.

My cat hates it.
My opinion is not important. My cat is jealous of the time I spent building the cat. Therefore she hates the finished product. I, however, think itâs pretty great. A solid and enjoyable build. It also has a secret compartment in the back that opens up and allows you to hide certain elicit substances for smuggling purposes. I plan on buying 19 more.
