Works greatfor my cat
I got this for my cat who is not only a messy eater but also drags his half-empty plates around and covers it with whatever is close by. This feeding bowl sticks to the floor and can’t be moved. Also the attached mat contains any food he leaves outside the bowl. The only possible issue is that it’s a little too deep for him so he never fully cleans it out. But well worth controlling his messy eating!

Awesome Bowls for my Kitten!!
My kitten has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (a.k.a. Wobbly Kitten Syndrome), so she has head tremors and tends to peck at her food. To protect her face & teeth, I use only silicone bowls. She was getting too big for the previous silicone bowls, so it was time for an upgrade. Enter the NUBY Silicone Bowls! I love these things! They are thick, seem to be well made, and are the perfect size for my girl!

Stays put, but the base is a little too big for us
Since we use more of a booster seat with an added tray, the base of this placemat didn’t quite fit. However, it fits perfectly onto our kitchen counter when we move the booster to our bar chairs! He isn’t able to get his fingers underneath enough to pull it and the bowl doesn’t BUDGE when he yanks on it. It has ended up causing a few tantrums, but worth it if it means the counter, chair, child, and floor aren’t covered in dinner from it being thrown (doesn’t mean he can’t still throw it with his hands, but that’s a different issue). I’d definitely recommend checking the surface area of your intended tray/counter/chair before ordering, but most of the time it should be just fine! Very easy to clean and dries off quickly.

Solid, durable, and really strong grip
Great way to keep your toddler’s bowl on the table. The silicone material is easy to clean and is BPA-free. The silicone material is thick and feels heftier than it looks. The suction is surprisingly strong; even I have a difficult time pulling it off when I pull from the bowl. You either peel it off or slide it off the edge of the table. Doesn’t work as well for liquids, cause then your toddler won’t be able to lift the bowl up to drink from it. Made in USA.

Weird size and doesn’t stick
We bought this so our baby couldn’t turn her bowl over. The mat doesn’t help stick the bowl, and it isn’t really big enough to capture much of the food that doesn’t get in the bowl

Works! LOVE Nuby!
I love Nuby products. They are all a cut above the rest and made of quality materials. Babies also love Nuby products, I suspect due to the nice, soft feel of Nuby silicone. I trust Nuby as a brand. I do not buy plastic, rubber, or silicone baby products from any brand that I do not know and trust. Nuby is on my very short list of approved brands for this purpose.This Sure-Grip Silicone Feeding Bowl is in line with my expectations for Nuby products. In other words, we love it. When using this bowl, the baby cannot “distribute” the food throughout the room. I guess such distribution could be effected piece by piece, but there is definitely no more distribution of food by means of flinging the entire bowl.This bowl can go in the dishwasher, which is good, but it is kind of obtrusive in there due to its large base. I don’t see any way that the maker could have gotten around this and still provided a product that does what it is supposed to do, though. I would rather wash this by hand (doesn’t take long, as the food doesn’t really stick to the silicone) than deal with bowls of food flung by a baby, so I am fine with this.

Suction could be better
I recently ordered this Nuby Sure Grip Silicone Feeding Bowl -Blue Only – Say Goodbye to Spills and Messes! Ideal for High Chairs, On-the-Go Meals, and Family Dining. BPA Free, 6 + Months (Blue) and have been using it for a few weeks and feel that the suction could be better as it comes off fairly easily. My toddler easily takes it off the high chair table.
