Well made, convenient size, and keep cool for a long time
While I ordered the JEONEKID Ice Packs for use in an Insulin cooler, theyâre not limited to that function. In fact they state that they can be used for hot therapy as well as cold. I have not tried them with heat, nor do I intend to, but I have tried them in other capacities besides just the insulin bag.These bags are an excellent size and shape for most insulin bags. They are approximately 2.5â x 7â, perfect to slide into the sleeves and side pockets of medical supply travel bags. I nestled two into an insulin bag, and though long, narrow and thin, they did an excellent job of maintaining the coolness needed to protect the medication without taking up too much room in the bag. They are well made from a heavy duty looking nylon material. Theyâre very easy to clean, Most things will just rinse or wipe off of them with a damp cloth, but they can also be washed with soap and water then dried with a dish towel.In addition to trying these bags in the insulin cooler, I also used one to ice an injured knee. These ice packs freeze hard, so they donât âmold to the shape of the bodyâ, but it performed quite well for this purpose too. Needless to say, since it was being used to place on my knee, it wasnât in a cooler of any kind. I wrapped it in a towel and placed it on my injury. It still had ice crystals after being left out of the freezer for 2.5 hours. Twenty minutes of that time it was on my warm body. I left it out longer to see how well it retained coldness without refrigeration. It was still very cold at 3 hours, and cool at 3.5 hours. I was impressed, not bad for something so small! I believe these would work quite well in lunch boxes too, or when transporting anything that had to keep cool. I live in a hot region, they will be very helpful during summer when I buy produce, chocolate, ice cream or frozen foods. Iâll just toss them inside my freezer bags to keep the food cool during transport. I really like these ice packs and would recommend them to my friends and family****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Reviews I’ve posted will be from items I’ve had direct contact with. Great spare ice packs for insulin coolers
These are absolutely perfect for their intended use as spares for my insulin cooler bags. They fit in all of the ones I own and are great so that I always have one frozen and available to use.

High quality, effective & portable
When you are over 40 and very active and on your feet for many hours you can never have enough ice packs. These Ice Packs are perfect for travel and small enough to fit for a variety of uses. They freeze quickly (about 15 minutes) and stay cold longer than many other ice packs I’ve used. I’d save 15-20 minutes at a temperature that is actually beneficial. They are durable and should last a very long time.

Last night, I finally used the Ice Packs by JEONEKID, and I like them. Although they may be designed for use in an Insulin Cooler, I don’t have diabetes. However, I do have chronic headaches, as well as muscle pains. So I put the 2-pack into my freezer as soon as they arrived. In fact, due to their size, for now I left them as they came, both in a sturdy looking plastic bag. They come side by side, so when I did take them out of the freezer days later, they were joined. They are not the ideal icepack for headaches, as they become hard frozen in the freezer – so I put them in a pillow case, which I fold in a custom method – depending on the size of the icepacks used, and their level of cold. The ad says they can be used for Hot Therapy too – and they have some info right on their product side – but I didn’t see whether they can be warmed in a microwave. My other likely use, especially in Summer, is to put them in a thermal lunchbox that I both keep a chilled bottle of water in, to encourage water consumption. I also take frozen packs in my lunchbox, when I bicycle to the store, which I do 2-3 times each week. I have lots of experience w/ various icepacks, and know they don’t last forever. The manufacturer of these say they last 2-3 years, if I recall.

Good for travel for meds or for day to day injuries
These freeze well and are easy to slide into containers that are made to hold injection type of medications. They hold their shape well. Easy to use and easy to refreeze. They are also streamline enough to work for hand injuries because they are easy to hold in your hands. Even for small hands of kids can hold these ice packs. I havenât tried them for warm/heat applications but I would think that they would work well for that also. These are a good find and a good buy!

These ice packs were exactly as described. Their size makes it easy to arrange them in a cooler. No complaints here.
