Ceramic water pot
This pot is great. The only problem is itâs not the one I ordered. I placed an order for the black speckled with pink. I revealed solid black one.

Sturdy with nice colors
Have had mine for a few months now and it’s held up really well. I’ve had both 3 gallon and 5 gallon jugs sitting on top the crock without any issues. Also, the coloring is nice and matches the picture.

Beautiful, practical & I love it!
I like that itâs pretty, has a lid to keep out debris, thereâs not an ugly jug sitting on top of it⦠I can buy water thatâs purified and not have to mess around buying filters for my refrigerator that donât work! (Tried 2 different brands with no success)

Lovely porcelain water crock; fairly light & easy to handle + stainless steel spigot…
This is a beautiful water crock. Years ago, I had a really nice 2-gallon stoneware crock that was made in the USA by a now defunct company. We kept it in the fridge during the summer filled with iced tea. It was broken during one of our moves, and I’ve always wanted to get a replacement, but never found one that was both affordable and had a stainless steel spigot. Well, actually it wasn’t the price that was so high, it was the shipping — often more than the crock itself. Many of them seemed to have plastic spigots, though. I haven’t seen one of these in stores in forever or I would have snapped it right up…Well, anyway, I ran across this crock and I thought it would be just perfect to keep on the counter for water so family members don’t have to constantly opening the refrigerator to get their water glass or bottle topped up. I ordered the version that is black with blue speckles (really kind of turquoise) and although it matches nothing in my kitchen, it does look great. It is a bit lighter in weight than I expected for the size (it holds 2.5 gallons of water) but perhaps that is because it is made of porcelain which is supposed to be stronger and more durable, although not as heavy as stoneware and other types of ceramic. It has a well-fitting lid with an easy to grasp knob. It is easy to wash and it isn’t too heavy to handle and it isn’t so bit that it doesn’t fit under my faucet to fill. Of course, if it was too big, I could easily fill it with a pitcher. Most importantly the stainless steel spigot does not leak. Of course I was bit concerned about lead and other impurities, but the product description states that it is lead free. It is glazed inside and out (the inside is white). The crock arrived well packaged in styrofoam and a sturdy box to ensure it arrived safely (it did). I’m not using mine with a water bottle, just filling it with water now and in the summer I’ll fill it with tea or lemonade). The current price of $89.99 seems a bit high but still within the realm of reason especially because of the stainless steel spigot. I rated this at four stars only because I have only had this crock for a few days, and I wanted to be sure of the quality of the glaze (that it wouldn’t craze too soon or chip too easily) before giving it a full five stars.
