Great value!
Weâre always reluctant to buy seating without sitting in it, but this set and its companion pieces looked good and seemed reasonably priced so we went for it! These pieces were easy to put together, sturdy, attractive, and comfortable!Perfect machining of parts, nothing left out, no injuries. It did take two of us because the pieces are not small, but thatâs hardly a drawback.

Beautiful Patio Set Along with Great Customer Service
The five piece set is a beautiful and stylish addition to my patio. The wicker is better than I expected and the cushions are thick and comfortable. The set is very sturdy and I can see it lasting for many years. The wicker is a two-tone brown and the cushions are a medium navy blue. I had a couple of the items arrived damaged. The wicker on one chair back was broken and one of the seat covers was not sewn properly. The sellerâs customer service team was right on it. They sent replacements for both items which arrived in a matter of days. The customer service was excellent. I couldnât have asked for a better response.

No actual instructions included with the packaging
There were no actual instructions for full assembly for these chairs. That being said, I have put together enough stuff over many years and figured most of it out without instructions. The paper they sent with the item includes a QR code for an assembly video. That was somewhat helpful. The contents list showed only two size of screws, but I had a few that were in between sizes in the packaging for the assembly materials. Luckily, I was able to find them and utilize them in the proper location for their use. I.e. the base and rocker assembly. Overall, assembly was rather straightforward and relatively simple, but not easy. In the assembly, nuts and bolts and such, there were like washers, but no where to utilize them. Without proper instructions, I have no idea if those were supposed to be placed in certain positions or not. Overall, the chairs look great as other reviews have shown and they are very comfortable. Rocking motion works just fine. Swivel motion works just fine. Several of my neighbors have inquired and looked at them. They will also be ordering sets of their own. The price of these chairs are OK. I just wish there were better detailed instructions for their assembly. My wife loves her new chair for the back patio and that is all that really matters. Lol!

Very good product for the money!
We had a little bit of trouble with the shipping of the fire pit. It came three days after the swivel rocking chairs. I added the Ottomans, but we are very impressed with how sturdy and well built the product is. The cushions are a beautiful, dark, red and very comfortable!

Ahhh Comfy on the Porch!
While not the easiest to assemble, by yourself, these are good quality pieces at initial purchase and usage. Will try to review after a year of use for durability and color-fastness.They are worth your consideration for purchase.

Quality chairs.
We researched and shopped for over a year to find affordable quality swivel/rocking outdoor chairs. We ultimately chose these chairs in part because they are a heavier in stability weight and rated to withstand a larger, heavier weight person. My husband had no difficulty with assembly and had all 4 done in about 45 minutes. I am so so pleased with the higher back style and the wicker appearance is classy. Even though they do sit under a covered patio, two of the chairs did get hot 100+ degree sun on one side each all summer and there is no fading, material degrading, or weather damage. The cushions are attractive and have had no fading. There is no structural tilting or damage due to a 275 lb friend sitting in them. We do have them under the patio roof and with weatherproof chair covers utilized for the winter. So happy with these chairs. Would definitely buy again!

Cushions don’t stay in place
The pieces were easy to assemble. The set is sturdy and very pretty. The cushions are a little thin, fabric is rough, not soft. The cushions on the seats on the couches slide forward when you sit on them. Have to lift the back cushion and slide the seat cushion under it continuously. Every time you get up it’s out of place again. For the money, it’s a good bargain. We looked at just a three seat sofa at a nice furniture store and it was $8000. So, this whole set is a bargain. The chairs are great. Cushions do not move on those. The tables are very heavy and solid. It’s just the cushions are cheap. You get what you pay for.

Overall I’m very happy with this my purchase. Assembly was not difficult. Time consuming because i bought the 7 piece set but totally worth it. The fire table is little pricey compared to others but works great. The back cushions could be more fluffy but that’s just me being picky. The set is comfortable and exactly what i wanted. Highly recommend this outdoor furniture set. Great quality no damage to any of the product. Arrived 6 days before expected!
