What am I reviewing?Snuggle’s In Wash Scent Booster, Superfresh Original, 21 Ounce, Pack of 4/Impressed with presentation?Yes, I was impressed, this arrived in factory packaging, that was retail like, with the brand name and some basic information printed all over the package. It was not a gift box, but it was informative.Measurements?The packaging measured about 12” x 8” x 6” – and it was sealed, which I appreciate.Weight?The package weighed in near seven (7) pounds.Initial thoughts?As I tore the clear tape t0 open that factory packaging, I immediately caught what I consider as the classic Snuggle aroma, it was strong, fresh, and clean. I also thought a generous quantity was offered, as I can go through this very quickly. I very much looked forward to receiving this, after having selected it. Snuggle product are a very familiar powerful brand that I am attracted to; and I liked the idea of trying what turned out to be what I consider a “strong” scent booster that can go with all temperatures.How many bottles received?Four (4). Very generous.The bottle itself measured?10¼ ” x 3” x 2¼”Bottle weight?The bottle weighed in at about one (1) pound and five (5) ounces.The cap?Screws on and off, very secure, that’s what the crystals are poured in, and it has two (2) airholes on the top, so the laundry room smells fresher.The bottle’s presentation?The product is housed in a very sturdy, very durable, slim almost curvaceous plastic bottle, I am unsure if it is made from recycled content, but the bottle is the most recyclable plastic, here in the US, – #1, PETE [Polyethylene terephthalate, which is a is a polyester plastic derived from petroleum]. It’s sturdy and durable.Were the bottles sealed?Yes, they were, with a strong white tape that went around the plastic lids. I was not disappointed, as I prefer sealed, everything. Reason being, whether real or imagined, I have the impression nothing was tampered with when a product, such as this, is sturdily sealed.Aroma, before washing.Superfresh Original. There is no accounting for taste, or smell. What I think may not be thought the same way by another. For this scent, which is in other Snuggle products, I think it strong, a tad soapy, which, to me, is also a tad synthetic, but is a true odor killer.Aroma, pulling from the washerThis freshness sticks with the wash, not only after pulling out of the wash machine.Aroma, a day later, in closet.Hmmm, yes, some of the scent was still there after the clothes that were line dried and were sniffed for their fresh aroma.BeadsThe beads are more like medium sized to large kosher salt crystals.Coloring?To me, it’s a brilliant powder blue/green.Value?This borders on bargain priced, with excellent, strong, premium priced results, with a quantity that is near generous.What’s included?The measuring cap is the top lid, which is a tad awkward for pouring/measuring. But it worked without spillage.How long does this last?I think I used near two (2) ounces of product at the recommended fill line; therefore, I would venture to say about (14) or a tad more washes at that recommended amount. Rough math would be about 40 cents a load.Giftable?An unusual gift, but amongst family and friends, yes, this could be giftable; I appreciated everything was sealed, as otherwise, someone might think a used product was being passed on.Do your own researchIt’s imperative the reader do their own research surrounding the ingredients.HE compatible?Yes, and I have an HE washer.Date of manufacture?Unknown.Shelf-life?Unknown.Date received?October 2024.Country of origin?Made in the USA – hooray.Ingredients sourced from?I have no idea where the ingredients were sourced from, that’s a slight negative.Is this perfect?No.Why?For me, it’s a bit strong and synthetic smelling, but…But what?It cleared out the odors, even odors in socks worn multiple times, at school recess, before they were finally placed for wash. Based on the totality, I consider this a “weak” five (5) star product. The results kept this from dipping lower, as did the excellent value received.I hope my thoughts added information.

Good clean scent
This Snuggle Blue Sparkle Scent Boost is absolutely perfect if you love your laundry smelling good and not just clean. This is pretty affordable for a pack of 4, and is perfect if you have a full household and constantly doing laundry! There is a recommended amount to use per load size, but I think a little definitely goes a long way. I just pour a sprinkle in my top loading washer, and it still gives the perfect amount of scent to my clean laundry! It doesn’t leave stains or residue. This is a great option for scent boost!
