Lovely frame
I purchased this for a family photo and am very pleased with my purchase. The mat is beautifully done and cut at an angle just like a professional framer would do. The frame is lightweight; easy to remove backing; and looks expensive even though it doesn’t have glass (plexiglass instead). Very happy with this item!!

Inexpensive frame that looks classy
I purchased a faux-parchment rendition of an historic newspaper and this was the size frame I needed for it. The frame was easy to work with and the document looks nice in its plain and simple setting.

Just what I wanted!
I had a hard time finding a decent frame to fit a picture that is 12×36, but this one seemed to have better reviews than most others I found (even though no reviews for the exact size I was looking for). The packaging this was shipped in was excessive, but the frame made it to me in one piece with no damage. I didn’t need the matting for my picture, but it seemed to be decent quality as well. There is a reminder on the plexiglass to remove both sides of the protective film (which was easy to do) and the frame looks excellent with my picture in it! Definitely recommend!

Matted Size is inacurate, looks professional but is not.
It is16x16 plastic frame with a thin plastic sheet of plexiglass, as described, but the matted size is not 12×12 and more 11.25 inches… so you lose the edge of the image. Itss just a piece of poster board so you can’t really center a photo unless you tape and that would be permanent and it is too light and flimsy to frame an actual 12×12 thin Canvas where image art displayed is all the way to the edge. Looks like a professional frame, but does not hold up.

DIdnt want to spend a huge amount of $ for a frame for a cross stitch. Plastic frame and plexiglass cover were just perfect for my cross stitch. Looks beautiful .
